Units installed into my condo spring of 2024, it worked last summer and did a pretty good job. Unfortunately after attempting to use the unit this summer, it is showing an error code and no local companies warranty or repair these units in my area. Customer support is unhelpful and difficult to connect with. Wish I would’ve gone with a mini-split.
It is simple to install, silent & cools the space in a few minutes. Its most amazing feature is that it can move around thanks to wheels. They provide for all of your needs. I am so happy!
It works really well. I bought this little air conditioner for my shop about two month ago. It's quite hot where I reside in Houston and this air conditioner has saved my life. Considering the cost, this air conditioner is good. I completely support this.

I expected it to be more efficient, especially given the high price tag. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone needing reliable heating.
This all-in-one heat pump was supposed to be a space-saving solution, but it’s bulky and doesn’t heat well at all. It takes hours to even make a slight difference in temperature, and when it does, the warmth is uneven throughout the room. I feel like I wasted my money on this product.

I had the Olimpia Splendid Maestro installed two years ago, and I’ve already had to replace it. I’ve had more than two technicians try to fix it, but with little to no support from the company, it just wasn’t worth keeping. I do not recommend this product—it’s been nothing but trouble.
This Meastro is not worth the money I spent on it.
Is this the only way to get Olimpia Spledid to come back to my issues with their rubbish that I had installed.
I’m very dissatisfied with the Olimpia Splendid Maestro unit we have. It frequently makes a strange ticking noise and struggles to cool the room effectively, which is frustrating given the cost of the product.I reached out to the company for assistance, but I received no response. Extremely disappointing customer service on top of an underperforming product.
