SCAM!
I ordered 150€ in shirts and trousers, they are not what the pictures shows and the material is definitely not linen! Once you get it, if you want to return it YOU have to pay for the return which was 42€ back to CHINA.
Be aware that is more expensive to return that to keep it!

Awful quality

Company is a huge scam. I canceled my order within 24 hrs. Got an email confirming and even was asked why I was canceling so they can improve service. 2days later my bank account was charged. Sent 2 emails, no response. Disputed charge with my bank. Now 7 days later I get your item has shipped along with response they have a no cancelation or refunds after orders made. Also found out items are cheap quality and drop shipped out of Hong kong.. Don't do business with any apparel company that has Old Money as part of company name.

Horrible quality, do not buy this ! China at it worst

The product does not meet UK standards legally on labelling and the quality is terrible.
Upon asking for a full refund they require it shipped to China at my cost, when they are in breach of my consumer rights.
Refused all requests for my rightful refund. I’ve had to go to my bank to dispute the claims and my money back

Do not order from them. They will send some garbage cheap things that cant be called clothes made 500% of plastic and even of on their site is sais free return they will ask you to pay the return to China or they will offer 5% refund.

Katastrofale Qualität. Die Ware sieht so billig aus wenn sie ankommt. Habe alles in den Mülleimer geschmiessen. Schadeum das Geld. Ja nichts da bestellen. Ganz ganz miserable Ware die hier sie hier verkaufen.

Ordered after seeing what looked like lovely clothes on instagram.

It took almost a month for items to arrive.
I take full accountability that I ordered the wrong size, (website displays US / EU sizes).

I contacted them to arrange a return. They asked me to send a photo of the shoes and the label.

Firstly, they don’t come with any label, secondly, nowhere on the return policy does it state you have to send photos do they can ‘understand the issue’.

I stated the above in my reply / they then sent me a return form to send the items back to CHINA!
Which will probably cost more that the shoes did to buy.

I just wish I read the reviews beforehand!

Also they are using the exact same website as ‘Old Money’ who are a more reputable company, they have the same products too. So shop there avoid the Old Money ‘London’ they are scammers

I ordered items and spent about £150. Over 3 weeks later, the order still had not arrived. I chased three time, on three separate occasions, and still have not been refunded.

Scam, ordered linen shirt and pants - received not linen. They are refusing to refund money for sending back although its written "30 days free return". On labels are written different brands - no sign of "old money london", shirt has on label "cotton linen", pants dont have label with material at all.

Only part of order arrived. Terrible customer experience. Rip off merchants.

Awful - I purchases a suit online, which they advised after 10 days was out of stock. I requested a refund, as they were not able to fulfill the order. They are refusing to refund, stating I need to select another item. I am positive this is against the law/ distance selling act.

Very bad company , horrible quality on fabrics they are all falsely listed using nice photos. Possibly someone running from home using dropshipping . Fabrics are not as described cheap materials. But worse is i ordered size 9/uk shoes firstly they were very bad quality and they fit at least 2 size small. So fits 7uk. When i contact them saying these sizes are weong they offer discount code for you to make more shopping but never accept a refund or replace. Be careful don’t shop from them.

Do not buy!!! They will stole your money. You will receive different and low quality items and no way to get refund. Stay away. If you want proves reach out to me

The Worst quality of all time.
This clothes are pure plastic. The service is bad and you pay a lot for nothing.
Would definitely not recommend.

Ordered a 'linen' shirt and trousers, both of which were some cheap, thin, plasticy, silk like material - nothing like what i ordered and borderline see-through. delivery took over a month, and no options to return clothing on their website. Terrible, could not recommend less

utter rubbish. literally will burn this crap not even donate to charity.

cheap, cheap cheap - why oh why

Honestly this website is an utter scam - i have spent £100 on this page and still not revieved the entire order. Of which I have recieved none
of it resembles what is on the puctures. I am truly shocked what a SCAM

Terrible quality of items, NOT EVEN BASED IN UK. This business is a scam - do not order from them. Customer is expected to pay international shipping to return clothing that is piss poor and unwearable

Not what I got in the photo, completely different, cheap material, and completely different designes
