Buyer beware!
If it was possible to give a negative rating I would. Only use this company if you have money to throw away! My money was swiftly taken for a pair of gold earrings but the earrings never arrived. Multiple phone calls went unanswered, and I received no response to the messages I left. I finally managed to speak to someone who told me to email and gave an alternative email address to the one provided on the website. Be warned that customer services is actually a personal mobile phone number! Multiple emails sent with absolutely no response to any of them. I feel very angry by the whole situation as I work hard to earn my money only to have this random company steal it from me. Buyer beware and avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered a banglefrom these people through eBay,it never had a tracking no.and never arrived they told me to open a not received I did but they also opened a case against me saying the item had been delivered changed my account pageto delivered on the day eBay we’re going to give their decisionthey also claimed that the missing tracking no had been put in place at a later time A calculated plan on their part so they would not have to take responsibility.They kept my money as eBay sided with them
