This shopping experience was really great! I customized an evening dress at Oknass. The size was perfect, the fabric was soft, and it was very comfortable to wear. It really felt high-end. I am super satisfied with this purchase!

Comfortable, stylish, and surprisingly practical. I packed this for a short trip and it came out of my bag with no wrinkles. I wore it to dinner that same night and didn’t feel overdressed or underdressed. It walks that perfect line between casual and dressed-up.

Wore this for a wedding guest look and I felt great the whole day. I danced, walked around, sat down, and never once had to adjust anything. It looked great in pictures and was even better in person. I got asked where I bought it more than once—definitely a sign it was a good choice!

Horrible customer service. Ordered an almost $300 dress, was delivered to an entirely different province. They won’t do anything to refund me but want me to track down the order instead. The occasion has now passed so I can’t even use the dress I intended to use it for. Highly recommend NOT ordering from this company.

I am so disappointed by my dress! On the web site, it was so perfect, but the dress I got was nothing like it. It looks like a cheap and awful version of it. I paid over 400$ for a dress and now it is going straight to the trash. The company is trying to convince me not to return it because it is « not cost-efficient for me » and the are offering me a 35$ refund on my next purchase…

The dress I bought here is amazing! I was worried about the size at first, but I didn't expect the custom size to fit perfectly, the stitching is also very delicate, and it looks very elegant when I wear it! I will buy it again next time!

Do Not buy from this company. The materials used are super cheap. And the product looks nothing like the pictures shown. They will not allow you to retun the product and will offer you a $50 credit instead. Do Not recommend!
