The food that is delivered by oja is great quality and value for money .I have ordered several times and only once I had a small issue which was sorted out by customer services who were amazing..I highly recommend oja to all x

I love everything about Oja! Prompt delivery, courteous couriers, top-notch packaging. Everything arrived well packaged and cooled (especially in this hot weather), Fresh meat, and fish were well preserved. I could go on and on, this is my third order and Oja has never disappointed! Keep up the high-quality standard!

I have shopped with Oja since pilot days and I’m very impressed with the speed of delivery and quality of products every time. The only way I can conveniently order my cultural shopping and it will arrive next day. They also provide time slot in which your order will be delivered, and you are updated if any of the items are not available. In addition to this, just tried their new efo riro packs and it was very easy to assemble and tasty!

I ordered here a week ago and the service has been great! Got my delivery on time and all the products and fresh produce was of great quality. Couldn’t reccomend enough thanks Oja.

I can’t get enough of this app. Not only do I find the cultural foods that I know and love but I’m also discovering new ingredients & snacks.

It’s also very convenient. All my orders come the next day, the packaging is very cute and the quality of the fresh veg and meat cuts are really good - the same or sometimes even better than what I select at the market. Love that we have this now!

I was really impressed with the attention to detail in my order. From the freshness of the products to the packaging and follow up. And the prices are often cheaper than going down the road. Really friendly customer service and delivery!

Just heard that they've laid off all their staff and not paid them. Sounds like they're going out of business.

Word of advice, try to contact them through the numbers provided before ordering. Then you’ll see they’re hard to contact in case you have issues with your order. Decide if it’s worth the hassle or not.

I haven’t received my order and they’re not responding to my emails. The contact number provided on Google maps is always unavailable, the WhatsApp number doesn’t exist on WhatsApp and even if you text it you get no response.

My order was due Sunday, they responded to my email once on Monday to say it would be redelivered that day. It wasn’t. I’ve since emailed twice to get a delivery slot with no response. No tracking information was provided from the beginning.

Great quality food. my family and I loved every single item we recieved. Defos our new go to place for great Halal food.

I was able to find all the cultural products I needed to make a classical Nigerian meal.

The delivery was next day and the packaging of the box was superb felt like a influencer.

10/10 would recommended to all young people and aunties that are tired of going to the high street markets.

Made an order on the Saturday and chose to have it delivered on the Monday.

I must admit my order was pratically free due to having a discount code and £10 credit, I wonder if that had anything to do with the below average customer service I received.

Monday morning I had heard nothing about my order so emailed customer service for an update. I received a really strange generic response as if I had asked about a speculative order. Lots of if and buts, no actual information about delivery.

I therefore emailed again asking for information on the delivery. I again received an unhelpful email not providing a courier or delivery time. I asked for the courier company so I could contact them directly.

The order arrived around 3pm, there were no postage markings, courier stickers or anything that would show that this had been sent externally. I’m assuming it was delivered by someone who work at Oja, which is fine. But I then received an email stating it would be delivered by DPD.

What a strange way to operate, lying to customers and insulting their intelligence. I would have preferred to have just been told the truth, my order had obviously been overlookedand would not arrive on that day, so they got a gezza who works for them to get in a car and drop it.

Either way I won’t be using them again.

My package was delivered with so much care, the delivery man was so nice, also the packaging was perfect and neat. Everything i ordered was delivered.

I came across Oja on facebook and I was intrigued so i went ahead and made an order. I was very impressed by the quality of the fresh produce. The scotchbonnets were so fresh and not withered and wrinkly like I'm used to seeing at the markets.

I was also very impressed by the price point. Oja is the best thing that I've discovered this year. You have a regular customer in me. Thanks Oja!

My initial order didn’t turn up on the scheduled delivery date. I got in touch with Oja and they rectified things the very next day within hours by dispatching a new box. I was pleased with the care and dedication they showed.

I must say Oja is changing the game!
I just want to say a big thank you to the Oja team. My order came on time and was neatly packaged as well. Honestly I’m so happy that they did this UK wide delivery!!! I’ve been wanting to order from them for a while now but unfortunately they don’t deliver to West London so when I saw the UK wide delivery promo the did, best believe I jumped on it 😂😂 It’s the convenience for me!

Found so much stuff from back home that I’ve not had in ages! The fruits are really fresh and I am really impressed with how fast my deliveries come considering I tend to order last minute!
