I ordered a watch and payed 2200 eur whit pay pall , first they told me will take 20 to 25 business days to be ready, after that period passed, I contacted them via whatsapp and they informed me for delays , which continued for 2 more months. After that they claimed the product is ready and gave me fake tracking number. After 2 weeks of waiting and confronting them they came whit the explanation that the courier lost the product and offered to refund me or to sell me more expensive product. After 4 months whit them I wanted the refund, they told me one week , nothing happened, there accountant was not at work , then I understood its a scam and opened a dispute for the order whit Paypall, but some how they voted in there faver because I missed to reach them on time . So the result is no product , no more answers from them and no refund.

Habe mir iPhone 14Pro max individualisieren lassen. 4.300€ habe ich bezahlt.Wurde ständig vertröstet mit der Info, die Teile sind nicht fertig. Teile sollten von Hand graviert sein. Ist aber billiges Druckguss. Nach 3 Monaten kam das Gerät, ohne Papiere, ohne Cites Zertifikat in einer Holzschachtel. Die Verarbeitung war absolut mies. Grenze N Frechheit für so viel Geld. Der Card slot war zugelegt. Somit unmöglich zu nutzen. Gerät zurück geschickt. Nach insgesamt 1,5 Wochen kam das Gerät zurück zu mir. Die Verarbeitung des Carbon war wesentlich besser. Nur dass sich die Beschichtung genau an den Stellen ablöst an denen nachgebessert wurde. Ich monierte erneut. Es hieß ich hätte es abgekratzt. (Ich habe ein Platin Handy bestellt) der Sim slot ist immer noch zugelegt. 4 Monate, 4.300€ und 2 Nachbesserungen später, wünsche ich mir, dass ich dort nie bestellt hätte.
