Usually company deliver after 2 days of…

Usually company deliver after 2 days of order but this time I had to call again to see if order had been lost. I was informed vehicles off road for mot which I understand but I maybe should have been told when to expect my delivery when ordering .

I have been using Oilfast for six years…

I have been using Oilfast for six years and the service has always been very polite, efficient and prompt. They have always been competitive and the delivery drivers are always courteous and mindful of the driveway and garden - first class

Every staff member I interacted with…

Every staff member I interacted with was knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and friendly, plus the price was very reasonable. I can’t recommend this team enough - really impressed with the level of service I received. Top class.

Friendly, customer focussed service


Email queries are answered promptly, and follow up phone calls work seamlessly, regardless of whether the phone is answered by the originator of the email or not. I always feel that I am a valued customer and all office and delivery staff are competent and friendly.
