Friendly, reliable service.
Very friendly local telephone service; delivery when promised and done in a helpful and professional way; good price on the day. For me that's as good as it gets but is also what I have come to expect from Oilfast who have been my heating oil supplier of choice since my heating was installed years ago. Thank you and long may it continue.

Communication is very inmortant
It's good to be informed that's a new driver will deliver the oil and he needs introduction to find the oil tank. If my wife would not been at home by chance it would have been very difficult for him to find the tank.

Good price relative to the other oil…
Good price relative to the other oil suppliers, very respond delivery and in some cases, next day if I am already empty. The drivers know where the tank is and leave it as they found it, disguised with old trees.

Fastest service ever !
Ordered my oil on phone and within 2 hour it was delivered, the driver was super pleasant and assured me my order would fit in my tank as I was concerned it wouldn't

Bad service onsite and from oil fast admin
Fist time I ordered through the oil club the delivery person didn’t knock on the door, I went out to check he was ok and no issues and he was extremely grumpy and rude to me. He said he couldn’t deliver over the hedge and the route via the front gate was frustrating due to plant pots being in the way. I apologised for the inconvenience and explained I had lived there for 10’years and delivering over the hedge had never been an issue. I asked if I could help him with the hose because of the plant pots and he grumpily said no.
I gave feedback via email and never got any response.
Second time ordering again through the oil club, my money was taken then a week later I got a response email refusing delivery, they never even gave me a chance to tell them I had removed all the plant pots out of their way in order for them to deliver through the gate and along the path if required. I had to wait to get my money back before re-ordering from another company. They delivered today, very nice guy, knocked on the door, said no issue bringing the hose either over the hedge or along the path. So not only oil fast lost a customer but the oil club too as I can’t risk getting my money taken again for this kind of service. Thanks to the other company for their happy service received today. Am happy if they want my money instead.
