A lovely team of people, always helpful, friendly and efficient and will try their best to get a good price . The deliveries are always quick and the delivery guys are very good.

Great service

When I email with a query the staff in the Forfar branch are always very quick at coming back to me. I have a caravan that needs to be moved out of the way before I get an oil delivery, so I require a few days notice, which they always do.

Local delivery in a few working days, advised when day before so I could unlock the gate. Great stuff.

A great service from a great team.

A great service from a great team.
The staff are always cheerful and friendly when you call. Ordering a delivery is always made easy and the delivery drivers are always friendly and respectful of our property.
Oilfast are consistently more competitively priced than other providers

Brilliant service from Oilfast…

Brilliant service from Oilfast Inverness ! Ordered heating oil afternoon of the 12th / it was delivered morning of the 13th ! Can’t fault that for speed ! My previous supplier I would wait over a week / during the last oil crisis they told me to use all I had in my tank !
This is a massive improvement! A big thank you to Stewart ( delivery driver ) so very helpful thoughtful/ genuine the kind customers remember long after conversation ends ! Highly recommended!

The customer service staff in the…

The customer service staff in the Inverness office and the drivers are polite and friendly the only issue I have had is out of the last 5 orders over the last year 3 did not arrive and when phoning my order was not even on the system.

I have to give thanks to having Oilfast as my provider, they have never let me down, giving the terrible boat situations we have. Their staff here are the best.

Satisfied Customer since 2018

Very quick recent delivery after I had been sick and not checked the tank, which was at oops ‘better order some oil’ level. Usual great courteous service from the Forfar Oilfast team.
I have a monthly payment account and although I don’t know if I am getting the lowest price for my oil it’s worth staying with them just for the overall service the office staff and drivers provide (maybe Oilfast could initiate a loyalty program?). Experience to date would indicate a truly customer focused business

Overcharged

I didn’t like my tank took less than I estimated when I ordered. You charged me the full amount for the original order. When I queried this, you had credited my account with you with the difference. I requested my credit card be refunded but I am still waiting nearly 4 weeks later.

Incredible customer service and fast delivery

The Oilfast team offers incredible service and fast delivery. They always do their best to get oil to us as quickly as possible, and make it very easy. They even check in when it's coming near time to reorder.

A pleasure to deal with and very competitive rates which is important in this climate.
Short delivery period which can be very handy if you are running low.
