Nazia Malik was the trainee solicitor dealing with my case. I cannot praise the service she provided to me enough. She was thorough (very attention to detail), professional in every way, polite and understanding of my questions, She was knowledgeable of the area of law we were dealing with and advised in my best interests. Nick Parr my personal solicitor was usually extremely good however occasionally there were slight issues with other staff who were not so knowledgeable about my actual case.
Whilst due to complications with my case meaning a positive outcome at court could not be guaranteed, therefore I chose to accept a lower settlement, others may have a different outcome.
