Very fast and professional service
When I started the transaction on the weekend the service was available on weekdays, but the OFX system remembered my intended transaction and I needed only less than a minute to complete the transaction, Good job!

I was experiencing unexpected difficulty login in to my account. Amy from Customer Services was patient, and helpful.
The issue was resolved, with the help of an excellent ambassador for the firm.

Disappointed
I was very disappointed with the service. It took over one week to transfer my money from England even though I have used your service previously and you could have checked my details with that transaction.
I am 87 years old and not confident using the iPad transferring money.

I've had a complete trash experience with OFX AU office. Customer service teams take weeks to do a simple task. It's just unacceptable in 2026.

Painless and fast
Not entirely sure what premium I am paying in the conversion but certainly better than my bank. I think it’s about 1%. Only snag is they don’t have enough people answering the phone at customer service. I’ve been asked to update account details but gave up after long holds twice. Other than that they make it very simple, and they are thorough and fast.

Truly awful
Truly awful. Don't use OFX. They are the worst financial company I've ever dealt with. I transferred my life savings with OFX. They repeatedly asked for the same compliance documents and despite constant calls and emails to them, delayed the transfer by 5 days by constantly stalling and brick walling. I had to go 5 days wondering if I'd been scammed or not. Don't use - there are plenty of other more trustworthy companies.
