I had authentic experience with this financial company for 8 years then all of a sudden they kicked me out with fake execuses
I made two payments back to back to my 2 different accounts in Cambodia:The first one worked well but after the second payment sent to OFX.com corporate account it was stolen by the partner bank of OFX.com which caused my decent legitimate account falling outside risk appetite of OFX.com management..it is really WOOOVVV!!!
The accounts I opened in Cambodia were legitimized as a personal and legal account. All my legal application documents were approved as a result of the bank's evaluation. Those ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN USED LEGALLY SINCE ITS OPENING. THERE HAS BEEN NO MONEY TRANSFERS TO OR FROM A SECOND PERSON FROM OUTSIDE, AND I HAVE ONLY USED THIS ACCOUNT'S SAVINGS FOR SPENDINGS ON GOODS AND SERVICES. I HAVE SENT YOU LEGAL DOCUMENTS AND ACCOUNT STATEMENTS RELATED TO THIS ACCOUNT NUMEROUS TIMES TO THE OFX.COM COMPLIANCE. OFX.COM HAS ALSO CONDUCTED VERIFICATION/COMPLIANCE PROCEDURES RELATED TO ME NUMEROUS TIMES, CONFIRMING MY LEGALITY & LEGITIMACY. I have never engaged in any illegal activity in my life. This account is not an illegal account; there has been no illegal account activity. Moreover, from its opening (early January 2025) until the end of the year, there was a total of 30 USD deposited in savings in the account. They have not only cause my money having been lost or confiscated, but it's clear how they cunningly plotted to get rid of the customers whose money you caused to be confiscated and how you kicked them to the curb.

I DO COMPLAIN ABOUT their SERVICES BECAUSE their SERVICES, their MANNER PUT THE CUSTOMERS FUNDS RISK THEREFORE IT WAS confiscated BY their PARTNER BANK AND theyWANT TO RUN AWAY AND HIDE SO THAT they COULD THROW their STAIN ON the CUSTOMERS!!..

I WAS LUCKY THAT I LOST USD 10 ONLY..ONLY BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE AND THEIR IMPROPER MANNER OF MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE STYLE: NOT GOOD AND SO RISKY!! TROUBLED MANAGEMENT..IT IS ALL ABOUT INEFFICENT INADEQUATE SERVICES!!!

BUT OTHER CUSTOMERS MAY NOT BE SO LUCKY! THEY MIGHT LOSE MORE SO IF THEY CONTINUE UTILIZING YOUR SERVICIES BECAUSE THEY MIGHT LOSE MUCH MORE BIGGER AMOUNT, THEIR IMPROPER TROUBLED INSECURE INCONSISTENT SERVICE STYLE MANNER AND METHODS CAN CAUSE MORE HIGHER VALUED FUNDS OF THE OTHER CUSTOMERS TO BE CONFISCATED.IT IS SO RISKY AND DANGEROUS TO UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES BY NOW!!
THE MOST COMMON COMPLAINTS ARE:
• Poor customer service
• Delays and complications with compliance
• Security and data concerns
• Unresolved or delayed transfers
• Loss of Customers funds
• They close accounts by saying that the account has fallen outside of their risk appetite
• illegitimate services with arrogancy and Supremacy involved

Their rates of exchange are very fair. Their service is prompt, free transactions, ease of use of the app, keep you updated and great customer service.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful

Good rates but very poor communications. We were very nervous about using this company given all the scam warnings with currency exchanges and their awful lack of communication , broken promises and "dodgy" customer services staff only fueled this concern. It took 4 days, 6 emails, and as many phone calls before we finally received payment. It probably cost us as much in lost interest as we gained in exchange rates! Use with care!

I regularly use OFX to transfer small amounts of money to fund my retirement in Europe. I can't fault them. They are reliable and the technology is easy to master.

Very helpfull and professional staff. They have tried to solve a mistake of mine (I did not include the client reference number inmy transfer) and have been told (I have already send the necessary info as requested) that it has been sorted out and send to the transfers dept and I will be informed once the money was in the account and ready to be transfered to Gary's account in uk. However up to date this has not been executed and have not received a corresponding email from your side.

easy to use site, great comms letting you know where things are at, and best rates around. What's not to like!

EASY, SECURE

Have been using OFZ since it was OzFX - 20 years ? - and have always received excellent personal service and advice when needed.

Outstanding customer service, caring, kind, helpful and patient staff; excellent rates. Have been using OFX's services for almost 15 years and can't fault them.

Absolutely awful customer service. Their compliance department is absurdly anal about protecting their own butts that they will force even longstanding clients to go through absurd hoops just to add another bank account.

On the flip side, they require you to send sensitive documents unencrypted via unsecured email. They won't even accept an encrypted zip file.

Having worked next to the founders, I have used OFX many times to transfer money for mortgage repayments, loans to family and investments. However WHY they persist nowadays to ask irrelevant stupid questions using unfriendly Australian based staff in particular is beyond me. I would not recommend this service anymore. I recently recommended a friend and he too was totally frustrated.

Easy process. I use regularly to transfer funds from New Zealand. Quick and easy and reasonable rates.

Using OFX for a couple of years, the service is top notch. Fast, and competitive exchange rates are the characteristics of transactions.
