Awful experience, There was nowhere that said it’s a digital poster as it promoted on their website and social as an actual poster then when querying them about this there is no reply would never use them again.

COMPLETE SCAM!!!
My 13yr old son spent his birthday money on what is made to look like physical posters only to find out it’s digital copies 😡😡😡😡😡

Hoffe, dass ich über meine Bank das Geld zurückholen kann, da ich den Download nicht geöffnet hatte.

Thinking I had ordered physical posters as I chose a size from the website. Paid and then received an email with a download! Sent numerous emails which have not been replied to! Total scam!

Excellent quality posters, great birthday present or even to use as a decoration for football events! Very pleased with my purchase will shop again.

Ordered two posters for my kids room only to get a link to download these posters. Firstly there is no mention of this when ordering and secondly the picture of the order shows a poster in a frame, very misleading website. Only good if you have a printer for printing large size such as A1 / A2. As for customer service they do not exist. No reply to my mail when I realised it was not a print.

Auch uns ging es so... auf der Website von Offside Posters war nicht zu erkennen, dass es sich nur um DOWNLOADS handelt. Auf Mail bezüglich Rücktritt wurde nicht reagiert. Auf der Website gibt es kein "Impressum" welches Pflicht ist...
ABER: ich habe über meine Bank eine Kreditkarten-Reklamation eingeleitet und das Geld zurückbekommen : )
Unbedingt mit euer Bank Kontakt aufnehmen und Geld zurückholen!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t really get the bad reviews. I’ve used this place a few times for birthdays and other occasions and they’re so convenient and cost effective. I’ve seen a few people saying there’s no information on the website but they literally have everything you need to know in their FAQ area on the home page, just need to read it. Either way I’ll surely be using them again for my boys when they release more Arsenal posters! X

At no point in buying these does it say these are just downloads. The reviews show actual posters so assumed thats what i would be getting...one massive con and no response to my messages...avoid at all costs!

Fab posters used the 5 for 4 offer which was good value. Posters are excellent quality and really good for a quick present idea - arrived promptly. Only issue was all emails went straight to my junk which confused me at first!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Once you have paid you have to download and print these yourself. I cant find anywhere where it says this is the case.

Bought a few different sizes from here for kids birthday and they came out very well. High resolution prints with unique designs at a minimal cost. Will recommend to friends as a quick affordable solution. Would be great to have more options for West Ham if possible for future.

Great prints at an affordable price. Got a few printed same-day and the detail is excellent. Only thing I would mention is I had to rifle through my spam folder to find the confirmation email so that was confusing but not sure how that can be fixed. Nice service though and will buy more in future for sure.

My son ordered some posters July, 3th. We immediately received an order confirmation. However, confirmation of the shipment did not follow, neighter an indication when we could receive the order. I've asked for an update almost 3weeks later (July, 21th), but now we are 10days further and I did not even get an answer to my question. I suspect that my son has been scammed and he can kiss both his money and his posters goodbye...

Great service, ordered a few posters for my little guys bedroom. Posters are very high quality and well designed would be good if they could expand to doing championship posters too as they would be very popular also. Overall very good experience.

Bought 4 poster thinking they were physical posters not a download didn't say they were downloads. They say they will give you a refund if you hadn't opened the file. So emailed them and messaged on there contact page no response whatever. Now going through my back to get a refund

My son (age 11) ordered an A2 poster for his bedroom. The website has reviews which mention the poster quality etc, however, after payment had gone through, he received an email stating that his download would follow.
1. At no point was it mentioned online that he was buying a download
2. The download link never arrived
3. We've had no response to emails chasing / querying this

Great posters. I bought a couple for my boys birthday and they arrived very quickly. One thing I would say is it was frustrating that the email ended up in my spam, but customer service guys were very quick to point me in the right direction. Will definitely use again, super affordable and very high quality as stated in their guarantee.
