They used photos from another products advertisement and sent me a fake product. After 10 emails they say they’re sorry and offered me $7 refund. Less than 12% of purchase price. They will not give me a return label. At this point it’s the principle.

Ditto to all other reviews. An unashamed scam. Money lost. Elizabeth sent me a book of recipes to placate me during “the delay” but of course nothing arrived.

Terrible company. Here I am 13 months after paying for 2 juicers, and nothing. A total scam because their email comes up as bouncing back now. AVOID AVOID I assume they are not longer trading now, but if they are please don’t. I’m £70 out of pocket.

Same as others ordered November 2024 and after several emails excuses re delay up to January 2026 then nothing emails rebound. To late to get money back from bank

Same experience as many on here- ordered last November- nothing received. Contacted & was sent an online receipe book with promise of delivery subsequently. Still nothing & email now not being delivered.

They are a miserable crowd of Turds.
No juicer no money back - was for a Christmas present.If you paid by credit card you may be able to recover your losses.

Asked for refund. Several emails later found to be a hoax.

Spent £59 on 2 of these for kids stockings on 15/11 and like others had apologetic emails up until Christmas then nothing further. The website is now down. Any suggestions on what people can do?

I order juicer on 1st December and Elizabeth promptly replied apologizing for delay as they had so many orders and each time I messaged got same reply saying it would be delivery following week! What a scam and doesn’t look like I can get money back, this is absolute robbery. Scammers you should be ashamed of yourselves people trusted you and ordered in good faith as gift for Christmas where is your consciousness!! A lot of people cannot afford to lose this sort of money….. pay up you scammers!

I ordered my juicer at the beginning of September 2024 and it never arrived. Various chasing emails and 'Elizabeth' always reply promptly apologising and saying it's on its way. Now the website doesn't seem to exist. So unbelievably disappointing and sad that these nasty people take your money :-( What can we do to get our money back?!

Scam scam scam. Ordered the juicer in November and still haven’t arrived. And probably never will. Do not order from them!!!

Scam. Ordered at the start of December and despite several emails chasing the order they have not replied back.

I wish I could give 0 stars as 1 star feels too generous for scammers. Purchased juicer in early December and as of writing this review (late Feb) no item delivered. Several emails have been sent and they reply advising that due to high demand there have been delays and that my juicer will be with me next week - this has been going on since mid December. I have reported this company to my bank and asked them to start their chargeback process. Do not order anything from this company.

I had the same experience as everyone else, ordered in Nov and no delivery by late Feb.
I had received responses to emails stating it would arrive ‘early next week’ each time. My last email referenced taking action via a retail ombudsman and an hour later I received an email notifying me of a Royal Mail dispatch. The juicer arrived the next day.

SCAM company,
Looks legit on the website but it’s horrendous and even the reviews on their site are fake.
Ordered in November and still haven’t received item and probably won’t, no one replies to emails and theres no number to call just for texting which…again they don’t reply!
Disgusting how they can just take peoples money!

Ordered in December. Didn't receive. Sent email. Was promised it was being posted. Didn't arrive. Emailed, text an reply. 8 weeks later I still don't have it, or a refund!

I wish I had looked in here before ordering. There is a strong recurring theme. In my case I ordered 3 units as Christmas presents in mid November. Despite a number of chasers, Christmas came and went with no sign of my order. Through January, a number of false promises to the point where I requested a refund. These were simply ignored and I was offered additional gift would be included for my inconvenience. But neither my order or my gift arrived. Fortunately I paid using PayPal and raised a claim last week. This seemed to trigger an immediate reaction as two days later I finally received my order - far too late for intended purpose - however my additional gift that was promised for my inconvenience was nowhere to be seen.

Well I wrote a previous review which was not complimentary of this company as it took over 2 months for the Juicer to arrive!
However, the juicer has now arrived and was a late Christmas present for my husband and he absolutely loves it!!!!

Oh dear, I seem to have had the same experience as everyone else. Ordered a juicer on 22nd November and its still not arrived over 2 months later. Had a couple of emails in December promising a swift delivery, but despite requesting my money back several times, I'm now being ignored. Guess I've been scammed too!!

PLEASE do not use this company! I ordered 4 juicers in November meant for Xmas gifts. They never arrived. Each time I queried, they said they had been sent, even supplying a fake tracking! In the end I reported to my bank and thankfully they retrieved my money.

Just to add, the company name they actually trade under is Bestinmost in case people need to inform their banks etc..
