Deed poll

I recently completed a deed poll for my driving licence name change, and the whole process was much faster than I expected. I was contacted by an agent, Adam, for a quick clarification, and they posted the deed the same day. I chose the next-day 1 pm delivery option and received it exactly on time.

Overall, I’m really impressed — the whole experience was hassle-free, quick, and great value for money. I would definitely recommend them!

Brilliant Quick Service & Tantrum Management Superb

They processed the paperwork really quickly. The paperwork here was unfortunately not the one that I needed.

I thought it was a mistake on their part. I must confess that I threw a teeny tantrum, because I'm going through a separation, so am a bit of a vacuous fun sponge right now. I'm changing my name because I can't afford a divorce.
Anyway, enough about my story of such woe. I needed a two witness document. I thought every document needed two witnesses, but this isn't true.

They handled my strop and fully refunded me, even though I was a mean little custard melon.

If it can be avoided, never judge a company on the issue itself, judge them on how they deal with issues that arise, especially a complaint.

Adam is an utter star. I'll definitely return to official deed poll for my next divorce.

Excellent service

I recommend this service, perfect for my needs. I was a little unsure of my choice of middle name and Adam was very helpful letting me have more time to decide before he printed.

Rather disappointing as the deed poll…

Rather disappointing as the deed poll has a grammatical mistake on it (a wrong preposition). When I pointed this out, I was told that the wording was created by qualified solicitors. This is all very well but the end result was not checked by a qualified LINGUIST. Officialdeedpoll.com proclaims that their deed polls are guaranteed to be accepted. But it is very embarrassing that the documents are grammatically incorrect. I am still waiting on their reply to see if they will correct it.

You raised 2 points in your correspondence with us after the deed poll document was issued to you. Firstly, around why your address was included on the deed poll document, and you were told, this is a legal requirement. The second was around your assertion that a person is born in a location and our documents state that they are born at a location. I believe this is the whole crux of your argument and low scoring.

Irrespective of whether a person is born at a location or in a location, we use legal professional expertise in drawing up our documents. This ensures that we can then guarantee our documents to be accepted by any organisation within the UK, and we stand by that guarantee.

As you correctly stated our expertise is legal not linguistics, it ensures that our documents are legal and valid, and accepted under British law. If you wish to use your own wording, we will be happy to create such a document for you, but it would invalidate any guarantees we could provide.

Excellent friendly care about customers. service polite and efficient and fast delivery.

Adam gave me discount on my order as i place more than 1.

Cost is better than any other site even without the discount.

I would defiantly recommend the company better than any others site.
