Purchased Oedro floor mats for my 2023 Camry the fit was unacceptable the the holes for the lock down clips are about three quarters of an inch off so I can only use one lock if I force it and lock both I get a bow in the floor mat also had to heat the mats with a blow dryer to get the mats to conform with the contour of the flooring I can’t contact Oedro by phone I’m directed to go online to chat with a non human I can see the writing on the wall lesson learned going to do more in-depth research on my next purchase Oedro’s quality control is a joke

I purchased an under seat storage box for my 2023 RAM. The installation instructions were rife with misspellings and vague, to the point it wasn’t understandable without many trial errors. It required 8 large bolts and two torx screws be removed. I actually threw it in the trash, then later retrieved it and will make another attempt. Customer Service was prompt but said they couldn’t provide any better instructions and I should turn it over to a professional.

I recently purchased and installed one of their steps for my Jeep.

Fit and finish were exactly as I expected. A heavy textured coating without any noticeable flaws. Packaged well and shipped relatively quickly.

I only have one critique. EVERYTHING was black except the carriage bolts that secure the brackets to the pinch weld. Of course the only bolts visible from the topside are stainless. Come on guys!

Otherwise satisfied for now. Time will tell to see how they hold up.

Do not purchase unless you want to be stuck with it if it does not fit your vehicle. Not a good company to deal with

This is a terrible website. Do not buy from this company unless you are 110% sure you know what product you are buying. I bought a set of all weather floor mats using THEIR fitting system on THEIR website, and they still managed to send me the wrong one. Then when I asked for a refund, it then became MY fault for ordering the wrong model. I showed them proof of what THEIR system recommended for my vehicle and they stand by their accusations that it was ME that ordered the wrong thing. IF I ordered the wrong item because I used THEIR recommendation, isn't that still THEIR fault for recommending the wrong thing? Then, they also will not give me my full money back because of their restocking fee policy. How is restocking the customer's responsibility for something they failed at? Save your money, save yourself some time and the headache, look somewhere else.

No response to a service question. 3 weeks. Not sure who owns it now but will not buy anything going forward.

Was really excited about the product and price point. Ordered nerf bars for the jeep, but after a few months the began to rust and were defective. First go around they quickly replaced them. Second set have been on onlu 4 months and are rusting again. This time they will not replace as the "1 yr warranty" has expired. Two sets of defective products. Bottom line product is below par and they wont stand by it. Not worth the hassle.

Ordered a set for my 2025 XSE Corolla hatchback. Not an exact fit as stated. Will be going with another brand.

Oedro did not send a needed part to attach the soft tonneau cover to my Tundra bed rail. I approached the company to have them send me the part and they refused. It is a terrible company with a more terrible customer service response.

I have purchased a "high quality" bull bar and matching running boards. They can't be any older than a year and a half as my truck was brand new in September 2023 and I purchased accessories well after purchasing the truck.

BOTH items are rusting!! I have left numerous voicemails for "customer (NON) service" and no call backs!!

Their products suck and so does their customer (LACK OF) service.

Less than one year out of warranty and this is what my OEDRO running boards are doing. No extreme use, just routine driving from here to there on hard-surface roads. Full disclosure, I contacted OEDRO a few weeks after my 1-year warranty expired.

When I emailed OEDRO customer service, here is what I was told by Maysya:

"While we are unable to offer a refund or replacement at this time, we recommend repainting the affected areas with a rust-resistant coating to help restore and protect the running boards. Applying an anti-rust treatment or rubberized undercoating may also help prevent further corrosion."

Seriously? OEDRO's official response was to suggest the customer, me, who spent hard earned, good money on their product, go out and spend even more money to cover up the shoddy work OEDRO manufacturers did?

How the hell is a rust-resistant coating going to repair the rust that has already compromised the running boards? I can put lipstick on a pig, but at the end of the day, it's still a pig.

This isn't a one-time only issue either. I've seen other posts on social media with similar shoddy work resulting in rust coming from the very same welds.

One would think, if they are so confident in their product, claiming they manufacture "premium" aftermarket products, they would work with a customer a few weeks past warranty to resolve the problem. Instead, they snubbed their noses and lost a customer and likely many more.

In less than 2 months the coating started to chip off and has only gotten worse. Their solution for the problem was $80 and to go spray. I emailed them back telling them they need to replace them and they quit responding to my emails. Horrible quality and even worse customer service.

Running bords / step bars were not welded properly. Having no luck on warranty / replacement.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Takes days if not ever to hear back when asking a question about an order I already placed. Tried to change shipping address on an order and was told we will work with you for a solution. To now, shipped to wrong address, no help over 10 days of trying to get help, and now being to can’t help you. It you expect a order confirmation after placing ur order or people to answer ur emails or have people a the call center who can understand you, this is not the company for you. I was referred by the guy who just sold me my new truck at the dealership and have informed him he should be refereeing anyone to this company. Still don’t have my item, sitting at my fathers house in MN. Not sure what’s gonna happen but they hopefully will take it back and pay for the shipping since that seems to be the only option they are giving me at this point and not sure I wanna support this company.

Got scammed on running boards. I ordered a pair of running boards for my Toyota Tundra. They processed 2 orders and charged my credit card twice. When I called both orders were in there warehouse and they told me they couldn’t cancel one of the orders. They won’t refund me my money after numerous attempts to both email and call.
Beware of this company it’s a scam

Ordered floor mats for 2017 Ford Focus, received the mats and the holes did not line up with the knobs. Contacted Oedro to return the mats and they offered me $36 on a $100 order and said I don't have to return the mats - ridiculous offer. Still waiting for my full refund. DON"T BUY FROM THEM!

I returned cargo floor mat as it did not fit my car although OEDRO catalog said it would fit. Their policy says that credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. Item documented as Returned via FedEx on 2/5/2024; they received it on 2/15/2024. It is now 3/19/2024 and my credit card does not show credit to my account. Calling EDRO is virtually impossible; after 15 calls I asked the agent to check. Was told item was received and is under consideration for refund. Thirty-four days waiting for refund that has not come is unreasonable. DO NOT ORDER FROM OEDRO!

I’ve never seen a set of step rails manufactured as great as these are.
Super easy to install. The instructions are very easy to follow as well. I’m telling everyone I see to buy from these folks !!

Ordered floor mats for a Jeep Gladiator without locking storage compartment. I received what I ordered, however they did not fit my vehicle. Their description was not correct.
I contacted them for a return and got several offers to keep the mats if they refunded $20, $30 , $40. I declined and asked for a refund. They finally sent a return label. They said a refund would be issued in 2-3 business days after they received the return. It took about a week. Would not buy from them again. Way to much hassle to deal with their Customer Service.

Ordered side steps for my jeep and they fit perfect. I put them on by myself in 30 minutes and they look great. Thanks
