Odysseys Travel Omdömen

We recently returned from an amazing family holiday to Dubai, and we cannot thank Sandy enough for making it all happen!
From the very beginning of the booking process, Sandy was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive to every single detail. Planning a trip for a whole family can be stressful, but she took all the pressure off our shoulders. She listened to exactly what we wanted and put together the perfect itinerary.
The kids and the entire family had an absolute blast. Everything from the flights and transfers to the accommodation was completely seamless. Thanks to Sandy’s brilliant recommendations, we made memories that will last a lifetime.
If you are looking to book your next getaway, i highly recommend booking through Sandy. We will definitely be using her services again for our next adventure!

What a fantastic service from start to finish. We will definitely be using Odyssey’s Travel again. They went above and beyond to ensure our holiday ran smoothly.

Our original holiday to Dubai was supposed to be in March, but due to the war it was cancelled. Odyssey’s completely took the stress out of the situation, they rebooked everything and kept us in the loop the entire time. Sarnjit in particular, was very helpful and the communication was outstanding.

If you’re looking for a travel company with professional staff, who are willing to go the extra mile to source the best deal - Odysseys Travel is 10/10

I booked a last minute trip to New York with Sandy and she was amazing. My husband and I will definitely be back to book our next holiday with her. Thank you for all your help Sandy 🫶🏾

Amazing holiday booking experience with Sandy! She was excellent from the very beginning, guiding me through all the holiday packages and helping me choose the perfect option for my family.

What a wonderful holiday she arranged for us in Qatar! We had an amazing time, and I couldn’t be happier with the service and attention to detail.

It’s always a pleasure booking with Odyssey Travel. Highly recommend Sandy and the team!

Fantastic and simple. They took all the stress out of finding the best deals and missing out on special offers. I reckon they saved me about 4 hours of searching and probably 3 days of worrying.

Great experience with this firm whom I selected to replace my existing booking with another agent. Did everything I asked and were really pleasant with their comms. My agent Sarnjit was available all hours which was a bonus to get the booking over the line

Here’s a polished review you can post on Trustpilot:

I cannot recommend Sarnjit and Odyssey Travel highly enough. From the very beginning, Sarnjit provided exceptional customer service and made the entire booking process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable.

She took the time to understand exactly what my family and I were looking for and worked incredibly hard to find us the perfect holiday. Rather than simply offering a standard package, she carefully compared options, answered every question promptly, and ensured we received the very best value for money. It was clear throughout that she genuinely cared about finding the right holiday for us, not just making a booking.

Thanks to her knowledge and attention to detail, she found us the perfect hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. It matched everything we were looking for, and we couldn’t be happier with the choice. Her recommendations, honesty, and expertise gave us complete confidence that we had made the right decision.

Communication was outstanding from start to finish. Sarnjit was always friendly, professional, patient, and quick to respond, keeping us informed throughout the process and making everything effortless.

It’s rare to receive such personal and dedicated service these days, and it’s obvious that Sarnjit goes above and beyond for her customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again and will be recommending her to all of my friends and family looking to book a holiday.

Thank you, Sarnjit, for making our holiday planning such a fantastic experience. We can’t wait for our trip!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sarnjit, a travel advisor at Odysseys Travel, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From start to finish, she delivered a truly bespoke and detail-oriented service that was perfectly tailored to our needs.

We weren’t completely sure where we wanted to go at first, but Sarnjit was endlessly patient, providing us with a variety of options, thoughtful alternatives, and expert guidance every step of the way. Sarnjit’s professionalism, knowledge, and dedication make her an incredible asset to Odysseys Travel. Our experience was seamless and enjoyable thanks to her, and we can’t wait now to go and have the holiday. I would happily book another trip with her assistance in the future.

We recently booked a holiday to Thailand for my parents, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Our travel agent, Sarnjit, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. A Truly Exceptional Experience – Thank You, Sandy!

I booked my twin-centre holiday to Dubai and Thailand with Sandy, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From the very beginning, she took the time to really talk things through with me, explaining every part of the itinerary and making suggestions that worked perfectly for my budget and my family. The hotels she recommended were absolutely amazing, I wouldn’t have chosen better myself.

What I appreciated most was how well she listened. Sandy completely understood what I wanted from this trip and tailored everything around that, which made such a difference. Her attention to detail, care, and genuine passion really showed, and it meant the whole holiday was smooth, stress-free, and incredibly enjoyable.

Thank you so much, Sandy, for making our holiday so special and memorable. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better support and I’m already looking forward to booking my next trip with you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-Star Review

Sarnjit at Odyssey Travel was incredibly helpful when we were planning our first trip to Oman from Dubai. I felt unsure about the destination and where to begin but she put us completely at ease with thoughtful, first-hand advice about Oman as a place to visit, along with accommodation options across different price ranges. She recommended the Shangri-La, which exceeded our expectations and was exactly as she described.

Although we ended up booking independently due to being in a rush, Sarnjit had actually provided us with a fantastic quote that would have saved us a couple of hundred pounds; and in hindsight, we should have booked through Odyssey Travel. Even so, her advice and guidance were invaluable and genuinely shaped our trip. What really stood out was her non-pushy, caring approach and her clear expertise in the Middle East. We would definitely go directly to Odyssey Travel through Sarnjit for any future trips and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to others.

We had an excellent time on our honeymoon with Odysseys Travel. Sandy did a fantastic job organising our entire tour of Sri Lanka and truly brought our dream adventure to life.

Anytime we had questions or wanted to make changes, Sandy was straight on it. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the whole process.

We experienced so many amazing things while exploring Sri Lanka and are so grateful to Sandy for organising it all. We really got to see the authentic side of the country and honestly had the best time ever. From a village experience and whale watching, to visiting beautiful temples, climbing Sigiriya Rock, watching England vs Sri Lanka at a cricket match, and exploring a national park...our trip was packed with adventure but also wonderfully relaxed. It was perfectly tailored to us.

Thank you for the beautiful memories. We will 100% be booking again with Odysseys Travel. Thanks guys! x

I had a really smooth experience booking my hotel with Odysseys Travel. Sarnjit was fantastic from start to finish. She was quick to respond and her advice helped us narrow our search finding the perfect stay. The whole process was easy and stress free. Really appreciate the support - Thanks Sarnjit

Sandy, was amazing and understood my holiday requirements down to a tee. She listened and made sure everything was covered. She made some really great recommendations for holiday destinations and hotels. It was a great travel experience.

Odyssey Travel and in particular Sarnjit is one of the most patient , helpful advisors I have encountered in my time. I travel quite a lot and sometimes the scheduling and requirements are a bit complicated and whatever the requirements are or how difficult it is , they come up with a solution and I have to give special credit to Sarnjit. And the best is that it’s a compelling and competitive quote. So leave it to the experts like S who go above and beyond to make it a seamless experience for seasoned travellers such as myself.

Sarnjit provided a bespoke holiday package taking into consideration my personal needs. She gave great ideas on how to be time and cost effective and helped to create an active yet relaxing holiday. Will be sure to use her again very soon.

My wife and I have been dealing with Sarnjit every time we go away on a big holiday. The service and professionalism is second to none. You provide a bespoke trip that works for us and our teenage kids. Thank you for giving us such amazing and memorable family holidays.
