This company sucks!!! They tell you everything you are going to get and when you leave the presentation you cannot get in touch with anyone!! You hold up your end of the bargain and they screw you. Its like walking in on a ponzi , 85 people all sitting at their desks blowing smoke up peoples butts, but as I said once you walk out those doors you will NOT hear from them again and you will not be able to contact anyone. They are all professional scammers and should be investigated. Run for the hills!! Anything they offer you will not be obtained!! Wish I knew first.

I went to a presentation after which I received a certificate for two free round-trip airline tickets and two nights at a hotel. I later learned that I had to pay $50 to access the trip - fair enough. Then I received a notice that I needed to pay $398 more just to book the trip and a notice about several other potential fees such as resort fees for undisclosed amounts. I called the number and the person with whom I spoke confirmed that I was required to pay $395 towards my trip before knowing whether my dates were available or what airlines or flight times or what hotel. At this point I decided to cut my loses at $50. My advice is to proceed with caution or even better to not proceed at all.

Scam! They are all the same company Hawaii torus and travel, and arrives. They do not provide special pricing, you can find it cheaper elsewhere. They DO NOT give anything for free. All a scam to get you under contract and charge you monthly for absolutely nothing in return.

Won certificate at charity golf tournament
Had to go & pay $50 to register certificate by & did so & received code to go
& claim tickets to an event.

When questioning why not informed of expiration or could get certificate re instated. Rip off / non responsive to customer questions/ got my $50 & whatever the charity paid them & stuck it in their
Thieving pockets.

In addition to the promotional one week get away we had paid additional for an upgrade to 4 star resort. Eventually we left after 3 nights because it was filty, no working appliances, bed bugs and so fort. No support or help from Odenza. Waste of money and time.NO MORE

We listened to a 90 minute seminar in Grand Rapids Michigan on February 4, 2025. After paying your $50 fee to RSI in $398 To Odenza fee for taxes, a travel agent got back with us within 24 hours..
Super misleading as we were supposed to get airfare and accommodations three days tonight to the cities that were offered. Could not fly out of Grand Rapids Michigan. Could not fly over any weekend time. They only offered a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Then when I still try to book it, nothing was available in the month of March April, or May RSI in ODENZA are super misleading.
