If I could give it zero stars, I would...

Absolutely the worst mattress I've ever slept on. I bought the Rosemary back care after already having one in another room. The first one is softer and way better, this one is hard as a rock and completely uncomfortable. I can't spend 3 hours on it. Apparently they just make a mattress from whatever they have lying around in the factory and smack a label on it hoping that people will never notice. Will now dispose of this Irish rubbish and buy one from Wayfair for 299 that I had before and loved. Will stay away from ODearest for the rest of my life. Customer service don't reply and shops that don't offer a sleep trial are criminals. Lesson learnt. Don't buy Irish mattresses...

I like a firm mattress, but don't like how some of the cheaper firm mattresses don't have a bit of cloudy/ give to them.I found this mattress the most perfect mix.It is beautifully firm , yet soft to touch and to sleep on.

Wish I had read these reviews before I parted with my hard earned cash! €800 for a king mattress that lasted a year and a half at best! It dipped at both sides where we lie and a hump in the middle, it’s rotated every month as recommended but makes no difference!! Don’t waste your money on this brand! I’ve had cheaper and more comfortable mattresses in the past that wouldn’t cause you back pain, near impossible to get a good night’s sleep!

Exactly the same issue that everyone else has reported. I bought a ROSEMARY BACK-CARE 1000 mattress. Was fine for 6 months before huge dips starting emerging after any kind of use. It was rotated every month and no one over 70kg ever slept on it. I complained about it to the retailer. They arranged for an inspection. Apparently the mattress was behaving as intended.

I've never had issues with any other mattress. It is also by far the most expensive mattress I've ever bought. A complete waste of money.

Have our mattress about 6 years now. Very comfortable initially but very expensive. Last two years though had caused big dips in areas where we sleep and bed now causes both of us significant lower back pain. Looking forward to changing it soon and most definitely won’t be considering odearest again.

I have never left a product review for anything in my life, but I feel compelled to leave a review and warn people about these mattresses. We purchased the Odearest Hayfield mattress, after just a couple of months it totally lost shape, its sunk massively where both my wife and I sleep and a large ridge formed in the middle between us. I am 78kilos, my wife is 48kilos. We called customer support as we presumed the mattress was a defect, a rep from the company called and blamed our bed, our bed bottom was slatted boards, he claimed a flat bed was required to keep the mattresses shape (which is nonsense) and would not replace the mattress. Thankfully the shop we bought the mattress from was decent and replaced the mattress for us with a new one, before using the new mattress we got a new bed with a flat bottom. The same problems occurred again after a couple of months, we again called the company rep who called out and claimed the dips and ridge in the bed were "within tolerances". The dips and ridge are comically bad, to the point where if we lay our child in the middle of bed he will role off the ridge! My wife and I both have lower back pain now from the bed, we turn the mattress regularly but the problems always come back. The mattress is horrendously bad quality despite its expensive tag, the company reps are basically scamming people, both our mattresses were visibly deformed but yet are deemed fine by Odearest. Save your money and back, do not buy Odearest.

Odearest hazel king bought 7 years ago , we turn it every 3 months still perfect , 90kgs each on it , definitely the best bed I’ve ever used , still in perfect shape, expensive but worth it

Stay away! I bought it while furnishing a new house, a month ago, thinking that the more expensive product would be worth it. This is the worst overpriced mattress that I ever lied on. Waking up witch aching body, which I never did before. Impossible to get a proper rest , feels like bed of stones while you're on it. The surface kinda feels like hills and valleys. Now I have to pay for this mistake and buy new mattress again.

I bought the odearest farmleigh 3.5 years ago. After 1.5 years I noticed it dipped on both sides. I got it checked but was brushed of saying it’s normal. It’s now fully sunk on both sides and as the review says below resembles a camel. I have just got back in touch with the company so I’ll see how it goes but overall do not buy this mattress. It was very expensive and 100% not worth it.

I am deeply disappointed with the odearest posture firm mattress I bought. It was only good for the first 6 months. Now we have it for a year and 2 months and we will need to replace it. The structure is not supportive anymore and the place where body is the heaviest drops in quite deep compared to the other parts of the mattress when laying down. My weigh is only 60kg, we rotated it but nothing helps anymore. We paid 450€, to use it for 6 months or up to a year it's a waste of money.

Bought an odearest farmleigh matress from Murphy newbridge before Covid. So disappointed with Murphys of Newbridge where it was purchased. So uncomfortable. Complained and they laughed at me when I rang initially passing me on to different staff in the office. Eventually they saud they would send someone to check it. An outside company apparently who said it was fine. Totally disgusted with their service. Appalling to say the least. Any suggestions what comeback as Murphy were not interested. Decked out my first house from there and again my 2nd house. Never again.

For anyone thinking of an ODearest mattress think again. Ours resembles a camel now. At the time of purchase even got out a company who measured it this way and that and said it was fine. look to an alternative company.
