I am glad to shoping from odd muse

2nd order from this company, wanted to love them so much but unfortunately both experiences have been completely terrible. Love Aimee and what she shares, love the designs but everything else is AWFUL.

1st experience: ordered a small and XS of the same dress, firstly they added payment protection automatically without me noticing (something Aimee mentioned they categorically do not do). They also charge for delivery and returns so I was around £25 down just because I was between sizes. Next the sizing, the Small and Xs were basically identical in sizing but the XS was actually around 1cm bigger than the small!! When I messages them they couldn't care less.

This time I ordered 3 items from the archive sale, which im now led to believe was a complete con for exposure... I never had a shipping email, when I queried I was given a tracking which said delivered to Northampton, I queried and was told it was returned to them... it was never even attempted to get delivered at my address, they obviously never sent the items to me.

They asked if I want a replacement or refund, which I found odd anyway but asked for replacement, I was then told I couldn't have a replacement as they dont have any stock?! Well where is my original parcel which was supposedly sent to me?!?

Absoloute cons, let's see if my refund even comes through? Shocking.

It was a nice experience for me , I have had to return a cloth and also exchange a dress … they didn’t get frustrated or offended with my act , the customer service is superb …. And love the materials and styles of the dress . It beats my imagination,,, the packaging too is so nice

This is the second dress I’ve ordered from Odd Muse and I’m obsessed. The quality and design are amazing. I ordered the structured mini dress and it’s perfect for my upcoming trip to Italy. It’s true to size, and my order was shipped almost straight away and delivered with care. The only minor downside is that the zip can be a little stiff, but overall I’m so happy with it.
