Good value for the money. Has greatly reduced our need to buy produce from the store. There have been a few times when we haven't received an item but they were quickly rectified by customer service through a pro-rated reimbursement.

We received our box a day late. The herbs and spinach were no good. Not edible at all. Everything else was ok. Im not impressed with the delivery. I will keep getting produce this way till it gets to the point of not wanting soggy foods.

Fresh veggies every time. I think I got the nicest asparagus I've ever seen from this box. When I buy my own veggies at the grocery store I tend to suffer pretty bad decision paralysis and so I end up buying the same things every time. Odd Bunch lets me have variety in what I eat and encourages me to try new things. It's inexpensive too, which is awesome!

The produce is always fresh, high quality, and it feels great knowing I’m helping reduce food waste by giving “imperfect” fruits and vegetables a home. Everything still tastes amazing—honestly, you wouldn’t even notice the difference!

I also love the surprise element of each box. It’s helped me get more creative in the kitchen and try new recipes I wouldn’t normally think of.

Another thing I really appreciate is the minimal to no packaging—it feels so good knowing there’s less waste overall 🌱

The produce is subpar which you expect from concept of the box.
What I have learned is that they continually make mistakes to the order - I have had orders not delivered or half not delivered, I have had the wrong juice sent etc. Their delivery drivers take a picture of the items dropped off, even proving exactly what was dropped off and that this was their error. However they end up reimbursing only part of the order, despite the mix up being theirs. From what I have heard or been learning this happens to many people and it is apart of the scam.

Amazing quality and quantity! I did a price comparison on my first box and it was 1/2 the cost for the same amount of produce at my local Independent Grocery store. I thought I’d get produce ready to expire but that absolutely was not what I received! Best subscription discount program I have ever signed up for! Completely worth it!

Great way to save money on produce. As an example of their customer service, I've only had one box with a questionable item, and they were quick to refund. These things happen, but I just wanted to highlight their timely replies and customer service!

This is one of the easiest food box delivery systems I’ve used and it gives me enough freedom to cook creatively.

I love odd bunch boxes. It’s a convenient way to get groceries and you get great savings for the quantity you get. I also love that they post their menu every week so I know what I’m getting and can shop and plan accordingly. It’s a great way to try some new produce we don’t normally buy too!

I purchased the boxes for my daughter and family in Winnipeg. I was very excited to find a service that actually delivered to Winnipeg. My daughter and granddaughter are very excited to open their box every time it arrives. They like to be surprised so do not check the contents online. They are getting items they would not usually purchase and are enjoying cooking with all if the items.

We are very pleased with our first box from Odd Bunch. All of the produce was good quality and the amount was better than I expected. I am excited to use the recipes from the website that are based on the produce we received.

This was our 4th box and it will be our last. The portions of the produce do not make sense. Too much of one thing and not enough of something else. Today, we received 2 bunches of green onions. At the most, we consume 1 per week before it wastes, we also received dill more than we can eat in a month. On the other hand, we got 3 potatoes 2 tomatoes, a squash smaller than a fist and 2 carrots. I will have to go back to the grocery store to buy what we need.
The commercials say that food is thrown away. Guess what happens to the food that isn't eaten? Except this time, we paid to throw away the food we wouldn’t have purchased anyways. Also, whatever happened to food banks? I am sure they would take the produce and help people in need.
What's more, the food is less than fresh. Today, we received withered lettuce and spinach.

I feel that this only benefits Odd Bunch.

I am extremey disappointed with the order I received today. The quality of the produce is unacceptable; the bell peppers are rotten and unsafe to eat, and the Brussels sprouts are too tough to use.

Furthermore, the value for money is simply not there. The avocados are the size of small eggs and remain rock-hard. I wish there was an option to attache a photo for your reference. I could easily purchase this entire quantity of produce, in much better, usable condition, for almost $20 at any of my local stores. Paying $26 for sub-par and inedible items is unacceptable.

I’m very disappointed in my experience with this company. As a first time customer, I misunderstood what menu I was going to be getting and when my delivery would happen. It’s really not clear on their website. I tried to cancel my order literally within two minutes of making it and the company refused saying I had ordered past the deadline so I guess they’re that kind of company. Really terrible customer service.

I love the variety and every week offers new options. Plus if I don’t like something or already have it, substitution is easy!

UPDATE:
Still unhappy with the delivery. The box was delivered to the wrong apartment in my building because they didn't check the unit number and I had to go collect it from my neighbour.

Things that I do like about the service are the recipes they include and ideas of what to do with the vegetables and fruit. However, the produce seems to go bad very very quickly even when properly and carefully stored based on type.

I don't know if I'll continue with the service... I'll give it one more shot because I want it to work out.

I'm pretty unhappy with the delivery experience and with customer service not having a phone number.

I signed up for my first box, apparently after the deadline for the week for my catchment area, which I can understand... but there was no clarity surrounding when my first delivery would actually be in my subscription confirmation email. I emailed customer service to have them confirm and clarify if I would get a notification, text, or email and what day my delivery would be on. They responded a day or so later saying my first box would be next week Thursday.

It is now the following week, on my delivery day, and I got a notification that to track my order I would need to install a third party delivery app- so fine, I did that- got the out for delivery notice and then I just automatically got a Missed Delivery notice during that window.

The driver did not attempt to buzz my apartment or to call me while I've been home the whole time, waiting for my delivery.

Now I'm trying to get customer service again and I have to submit an email, probably with another minimum 24hr turnaround. Can't call the driver or respond to the missed delivery, even though they're probably a block away, and have absolutely no idea what this means for my order. Do I wait another week? Do they try again tomorrow? Is my produce sitting in a hot car?

I'm sure the produce is probably great but I wouldn't know, I've been waiting two weeks to find out, but I do know that their customer service, clarity, and delivery drivers kinda really stink up to this point.
