Most comfortable mattress topper ever! I feel as though I have a new bed and finally having a good sleep! It’s amazing and worth the investment :D

Ordered 2 mattresses 08/01/2023 with a 14-21 day delivery. After numerous phone calls and numerous excuses, waiting for stock, company has been took over blah blah blah, I asked for a 10% discount but was told discounts are not offered. Neither is any sort of customer service as I received no emails or any other sort of communication around the delay of my order. Received the mattresses 10 weeks after ordering, would I order anything else from Dormeo, that would be a definite NO NEVER AGAIN!!!.
TV ads are definitely not what Dormeo offers, just fluff with falsely smiling actors
Look for a reputable company when buying mattresses, toppers or pillows, Dormeo is not reputable and the owners should be sued for false advertising

The mattress topper features foam 'springs' designed to localize movement so as not to disturb your partner
Had I thought logically, it would have been clear that 'physically' a piece of shaped foam stood on end was always going to be the weak link in a mattress ! In a conventional (steel-sprung interior) mattress the springs are tied off together to minimise collapse In this case the 'foam strings are glued together (with inevitable results) After three months the 'foam springs' separated making the mattress little more than a flock-filled mattress from yesteryear with all the 'foam springs' now bunching ogether to make ridges and valleys Absolute rubbish -avoid like the plague

Why is this company still being allowed to advertise on TV with their beguiling actors and actresses gushing about mattresses that are allegedly not even now available! Almost signed up to buy one until reading all of these horrendous reviews!! No thank you, I'll pay the extra and go for Emma....

Changed our caravan from a small caravan double bed to a full size Octasmart King Bed. Although not as comfortable as the Emma brand we have in the house, it was much cheaper than it, and considering it was quite comfortable, I reckon it's just good value for money.

We ordered a mattress topper on 30/12/22. Still not delivered by end of Jan 23, so phoned them and were told that they were waiting for supplies from Italy. In the ensuing weeks we phoned them again, and again, and again ........ and were told the same story.
On Feb 24th we phoned and cancelled the order. We received an email stating that a refund would be paid within 7-10 working days.
Phoned again today, as no refund has been received, only to hear that the company went into administration on Feb 15th and were taken over, and refunds after this date could not be made. We were told to contact our bank for a chargeback.
Why weren't we told this on Feb 24th when the refund was promised?
You honestly couldn't make this up !!!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DESPITE THE TV ADS.

after waiting over 10 weeks for apparently a topper that would transform my sleep experience and as stated on their website and ads, "Transform your mattress into the most comfortable and coolest bed of your dreams"

Bold statement - When what you actually get is undeniably the worst nights sleep ever, leaving me hot sweaty and in agony....

I thought I bought a topper as it says it's the most comfortable nights sleep ever, or your money back.... this is downright lie and not true.... the sleep experience was just awful, left the mattress topper out for 48 hours on top of our spare bed so it could expand correctly and get rid of the smell slightly, put it on the bed, tried it for a few nights and it was lumpy, uneven, and had a dip in the middle, my partner and I found it the worst couple of nightly sleep we had, when he moved it woke me up when I moved it woke him up, where it says its breathable and due to its zones doesn't disturb the other person... complete poppycock

The worst part though, as if the bed wasn't bad enough was the customer service team, they are pretty much useless and downright lazy, so when you try `and return it, they will make returning a faulty, lumpy, dipping and downright uncomfortable topper near on impossible to return******* Possibly the worst shopping online shopping experience, coupled with what's even worse non existent customer service

from rude customer service agents who refused to help, to a process that lacks any form of structure and they get you running around for no reason holding up a return just because they really disorganised without structure, it makes it the worst experience ever, you won't sleep or get your money back, I was emailed to say they had refunded me over a month ago and still nothing received and now I know why, they have gone into administration

As I was writing this i've just had a letter to say they have gone into administration and been taken over by another company.... all very dodgy, so don't waste your money as you may not get a mattress

After seeing the great TV adds I Ordered Dormeo octasmart mattress and pillows on 26/1/23 I waited the 14-28 days without any delivery . I tried to ring their customer service but the phone cut out after the message I tried several times to email eventually got a reply company had been taken over but the were still trading under the same name delivery would be another 4-6 weeks
I didn’t want to wait for another 4-6 weeks
I emailed asking for a refund they refused saying I need to contact my card provider
After several emails I made it clear I wanted to cancel order and be provided with a full refund Dormeo just cancelled the order that’s it
Only gave 1 star as you have to pick ideally it would be below zero

I bort this dormeo ultra smart king size mattress it was ok for 5 mounts and then is was very uncomfortable and when you lie on it you can feel the springs on your body and what did waking up in pain at 1 in the morning and to everyone out there do not buy a mattress of domino very bad and I am going to take them to spotlight TV

The mattress topper started off good. But right around the three month mark it turned very stiff and uncomfortable.

Is there any chance? Any? That you would stop the late night adverts on the telly?

We bought an Octasmart 9500 top of the range mattress. After being advised to turn the mattress around monthly, and having done so for the year we’ve had it, it’s developed a lovely ridge in the Centre! We’ve had an “independent” verifier come and tell us there’s a ridge but not so big as to be replaced under warranty. If the mattress is like it is after a year, what will it be like in 5,10 or 20 years? And don’t get me started on the con warranty, DOUBLE check everything before buying from a reputable company would be my advice. Time for a bonfire…

Only 1 star as zero isn’t available, after almost 3 months Dormeo still can’t complete my order, constant lies regarding delivery dates, still blaming the EU, now it’s they have stock but are having trouble transporting them to 🇬🇧
Avoid at all costs, Dormeo are not to be trusted

I bought my mattress in October 2022. It has fallen apart , the foam is ripped and could exposed. I actually ordered the octasmart but received the essential hybrid. On contacting the customer care number and through email Dormeo has refused to do anything anything about it , in fact my last email that they responded to I was told to stop emailing them ! It's meant to be under warranty.

Love the Octasmart Essential Mattress Topper, it’s really comfortable and saved us buying a whole new mattress. Delivery was a bit random but they managed to get it to Cornwall in about 3 days.

Vigorous tv advertising and no stock to sell, no contact until chased, then it took days to receive a reply which virtually accused me of not reading their delivery terms, (usually despatched within 2 days but allow up to 2-4 weeks) my first enquiry was at 4 weeks and was told because the were busy allow another 2-4 weeks!. At 8 weeks with no contact I requested an urgent delivery or a full refund. Another 2 day wait then an email saying they still had no stock and had issued a refund. Ten minutes later I had ordered a similar item from Amazon with a 2 day delivery!! Totally unprofessional don't waste your time with this company, I have given them 1 star because there doesn't seem to be facility to leave 0!

Ordered a Dormeo mattress online early January and it’s now been well over a month and the mattress still hasn’t arrived! Rung them many times only to be told the same excuse of European foam shortages and that they can add an extra pillow on top to compensate for the delay. Still mattress didn’t arrive when was promised mid February. Got so frustrated and cancelled the order. This is simply unacceptable to sell an item online for you not to have an item that you are advertising to sell. Dormeo needs to be investigated by the online consumer watchdog because it’s happening to others aswell. Absolute disgrace. Never again with this company!

I ordered a Dormeo Octasmart Essentials mattress in August 22 which I had to return due to the depth of the mattress not as advertised. I received a 2nd mattress in September 22 but at the beginning of February 23 I am now experiencing dipping of the mattress of 4cm. Dormeo customer service is disgusting because they are now saying that I am not covered by the warranty because the bed slats on my bed are more than 7.5cm apart. I have had other mattresses from Dormeo but have never suffered with dipping before. This Octasmart mattress should be taken off the market because it is not how it is advertised. Dormeo will not offer me a refund at the moment so I am taking them to Trading Standards.

Seeing the advert on TV I was excited about this product and their fraudulent claims of an excellent Trustpilot rating. So pleased I actually checked and found the 2 star rating, this is mis-selling and have reported to the Advertising Standards Authority. I would urge anyone to do the same, its an easy process.
