Communication has been poor
Communication has been poor, we purchased a car that still had a finance mark against it from a previous owner. I spent weeks chasing final confirmation, there was no reassurance from Octane. When it was approved, I then had to chase for relevant information like payment dates - I was the directed to a different company that was the lender.
As a finance provider I feel the communication should be alof better.
