Friendly, fast but late to arrive
Company was fast with replies to set up pricing and to come inspect property, prompt pricing and easy to arrange removal dates with. Downside was arrived 90 mins late on removal day

Movers were very careful and incredibly quick. Moved my items from Redhill to Croydon and also made an additional stop at a storage unit.
Very happy with the service and would certinly use them agin.

If I could give Octagon Removals 6…
If I could give Octagon Removals 6 stars I would. My house removal was done over 2 days as I was moving from West London to Somerset. From exchange of contracts to completion was only 5 days but they had provisional booked us in. Excellent payment scheme, 20% deposit on exchange of contracts and the balance on delivery, some companies want 100% a week before completion. Pawel and his team turned up at the time they said on removal and were finished in 4 hours and delivered the next day on time, nothing was a problem for them. All of the team worked so hard, they were all well manner and polite. Octagon took the stress out of moving house, well done guys. I would highly recommend this company.

I couldn't be more happy with the service from Octagon
I couldn't be more happy with the service I received from Octagon for our move from a flat in Uxbridge to a house in Cowley, a few miles away. Clear and prompt communication from the office with quotes etc and great guys that completed the move for us on the day. If I ever move again I will definitely use this company again.

Good service competitive price
Good service at a competitive price, I was only charged 2 hours as I was not moving far. They moved all my large items from a first floor maisonette to my new house and put them in the rooms I wanted them in. They were nearly two hours late however, but recovered the service really well by apologising and giving me a discount.

Stress free move
I recently used Octagon removals and had a stress free move as they were in touch throughout the whole process , making them very professional in their approach to their customers mindset as relocating can be very stressful . I moved from Bromley North to Hayes and it was all done very smoothly , I've already recommended them to friends and family , this is an honest opinion and review .

I cannot recommend this company enough
I cannot recommend this company enough. We didn't use them for a move but for a very tricky job to unpack and carry/put in place a very large, heavy (200kg) and delicate new aquarium and its cabinet/sump etc from the drive to its new home. To anyone's eye a very tricky feat considering the weight etc and the manouvres needed. They did an excellent job. Professional, and, very friendly.

From booking on the phone to the 2 blokes turning up in a very smart van bang on time the move could not have been done any better in any way. Asked what was to be moving and carefully loaded ,delivered to the other house and unloaded with care having asked where every thing was to go.
