My purchase went good

I didn't have any trouble whatsoever when ordering from Feelworld, but with that said I didn't have any contact with Oceanpayment, didn't try to refund etc. Probably would'nt have purchased from that website if I'd read these reviews, but Im happy with my experience anyway

SCAM ALERT

Made a purchase on 11/28 from Xpluswear, and as od today, 12/11, I have not received any updated info on the order. Payment was accepted by Oceandirect. I have attempted to reach Xpluswear and Oceandirect for a refund. No such luck. I have disputed the charges with my bank. I will never make this mistake again.

The Worst Payment Service I’ve Ever Used...

I highly recommend everyone stay away from this company. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. We used them for a couple of months, and it only held our business back and prevented us from scaling. We tried many times to speak with them to discuss better terms or fair treatment, but it was always an issue.

We eventually stopped using them and switched to a normal payment provider. Since then, they have put our funds on hold, and it has already been three months. Now they’re saying they will keep them until March 2026, which is completely ridiculous.

We recently requested a payout of $1,000 USD from the amount they are holding because we urgently needed it. They declined it—just like every other request we’ve made—despite us processing six figures through them.

They also charge extremely high fees, so be careful. I’ve never left a review on Trustpilot before, so you can imagine how bad this service was.

These service providers are scammers.

They will take your money and not release after agreement of 21 days. Biggest regret using them

They make there own rules as they like to delay your funds

I bought a subscription to software

I bought a subscription for "Wondershare;" an app that allows you to convert computer file extensions. I then discovered that they have a history on the BBB website that indicates they scam their customers often, especially regarding their billing process and refund protocols. I complained to my credit card hoping for relief. My credit card said they will take my complaint. However, they cannot stop "Wondershare" from continuing to bill me (directly) because their 3rd party vendor ("Oceanpayment") is handling their billing now. I had to ask the credit card to stop all billing from Oceanpayment not Wondershare at this juncture. I will have to make a separate complaint in the future if Wondershare bills me directly outside of Oceanpayment's business/jurisdiction. It appears that they operate out of China.

The bad behavior was evident for two reasons: 1) they offered a promotion for a 3yr subscription but ONLY showed 1year license on the invoice. They hung up on me 3-times when I tried to communicate with them and they are not timely responsive with eMails. 2) it appears that their software is no longer compatible with my MAC but they refuse to acknowledge same and do not provide access to any assistance although they offer it with their marketing/warranty wording. They list a mountain of reasons why a refund request does not apply in almost any situation. For example, the refund request does not apply if the customer "changes their mind about the purchase."

Spend money to do the Hong Kong company…

Spend money to do the Hong Kong company to receive Klarna, access to wait for a month, the results told not to access, my are new sites, and do not tell the specific reasons. And the website and the company was added to the blacklist, the company registration fee, access fees down the drain.

I bought a watch using this payment…

I bought a watch using this payment system. Trying to get a refund is proving to be difficult. The merchants are commiting fraud and one one seems to care. Whatsoever.

I did open a dispute with my bank. However I cancelled it because we seemed to be getting somewhere.

They kept offering me 50% then a new watch back and forth. With emails. Or send it back to China. LuxoSmart are a terrible company to deal with.

Ordered from a site based in HK - said they sent my refund via ocean payment, and it was never received. Going to try and recoup through my bank since this company seems like a sham.

Bought on a Chinese site Shehds

Bought on a Chinese site Shehds, the money was withdrawn before the company had processed the order. Now Shehds cannot find the payment from me and denies having received the money from oceanpayment. It must be a scam and I am now going to the police in Shenzhen.
