Product arrived on before the date promised, great chairs at a good price. There was a bolt missing I called and they shipped it to me that day - would buy from them again

Bench is beautiful and perfect for the place it will be residing as a lasting memorial to my Peter.

I was skeptical ordering online but our furniture arrived quickly and was much higher quality than expected. Would purchase from oceanic teak again.

We have wanted to purchase a teak outdoor patio set for years, but were very concerned about the wood. We selected the Atlantic set with armchairs. So pleased with the quality of the wood which is smooth and uniform in color. Chairs are comfortable and very sturdy. The scheduled delivery and communication were excellent. Items arrived securely packed and boxed on a pallet. Table assembly was very easy. We subsequently ordered the cushions as they were on sale. Very pleased with our purchase! Looking forward to many years with our dining set! Thank you Oceanic!!

Well priced high quality furniture. Extremely easy to assemble, almost puts itself together.

The fasteners that hold the leg supports to the table legs were not long enough. We had to countersink the holes to make them work.

Ordered a round table and 6 chairs. Items were shipped quickly- I had them delivered within a few weeks of ordering them. Items arrived individually boxed and wrapped up together on a pallet. Easy to assemble. The wood is smooth and uniform in color. Very happy with the process.

I was literally having nightmares about buying something so expensive and beautiful on the internet, imagining it would arrive and be flimsy and horrible. What a relief!!! I've owned a lot of teak furniture in my life, and this is right up there with the best. Easy to put together, well designed, beautiful, and comfortable. A very satisfied customer.

The furniture began cracking less then 1 month after it was delivered (chairs for the table). I still haven't received the 2 orders of the "Classic Deep Seat Teak Set - 5 Seat including full cushions" that I ordered on 4/18/2020. Only AFTER I paid the full amount for this furniture was I advised that the furniture was on back order & not arriving until the end of May (5/27/20). It then got worse when the order didn't ship until 6/1/20 & I was told then that the cushions weren't coming with the furniture & wouldn't arrive for another month (how am I going to sit on teak sofas & deep seats without any cushions)!

Then when the furniture shipped on 6/1/20 (with the Oceanic chosen carrier) I was given a tracking number & told to anticipate delivery to my home by 6/10/20... Today, (6/10/20), I contacted the carrier & they informed me that my furniture, which has been in their facility in Texas since 6/3/20, was still in Texas & would not be arriving today & that they don't have a shipping date yet because they are a "consolidated carrier" and are waiting for enough freight to send it to Washington State together.

I spent over $8,000 with this company on various pieces of furniture & I would have expected far better performance in terms of communication & delivery then what I have seen to date. In addition the chairs for the table should not be cracking & seperating within 1 month of delivery.

Lovely products, delivered on time and a great communication system so that the customer always knows whats happening.

I bought the rectangular table with 6 chairs. The set is so beautiful. We put teak oil on everything before we used it and the wood looks so fantastic. A joy to behold.

Very pleased with the teak bench set. High quality, solid teak wood. Easy to ensemble. Excellent price. Compares to the products twice the cost.
