I bought online the weave when collect…

I bought online the weave when collect it, I am told to add another money because the sale is for online people who will also pay paxi but its was written. I asked for my money back some they are so rude. They are not reliable with their website. I am so upset that i no longer own a weave.

We’re sorry that the difference between our online and in-store offers caused frustration.

The R290 offer is an online-only special for orders delivered via PAXI. Our in-store special price has always been R350, which also applies to store collection. These conditions are stated on the product page, and we apply the same pricing consistently to avoid confusion.

Your payment was refunded during your visit to our store that day. It was never our intention to mislead you, and we’re sorry that the experience left you disappointed.

We’re sorry the colour wasn’t what you expected. After reviewing the video you sent us, the colour appears consistent with the actual product and the colour shown in our product-page videos, rather than a different colour being sent.

Before dispatch, we send each customer an individual video of their wig for confirmation and only pack and ship once they confirm that everything is correct. For your order, we also sent a clear, detailed video, and no colour concern was raised when you confirmed it.

We understand that you feel the colour looks darker than expected. Hair colour can appear slightly different under different lighting conditions, which may explain the difference you’re noticing. Our wigs are made from human hair and can be professionally coloured if you prefer a different shade, although this is entirely optional.

We’re sorry for the disappointment and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened.
