The items I ordered are exactly what I needed. Delivery was bit late but maybe it was due to the current Covid pandemic.

I ordered four bracelets about a month before Christmas hoping they would arrive in time. They didn’t arrive for Christmas despite being the first present I bought this year. It is over two months later and they are still not here. I have emailed customer service three times! The first time I got a link to a tracking website that was useless and didn’t work. The next two times I have had no reply at all. They were rather expensive, which is understandable as the money goes to help the turtles but I am very disappointed - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I am beginning to wonder if my items will ever arrive. I can’t comment on the quality or anything as I have no idea. Waste of money.

Checking company in February 2020 as I would like to make a purchase. Despite the claims they make, their Trustpilot reviews in January 2020 reviews are nearly all bad - do not be deceived!!

I ordered 4 bracelets (2 white, 1 black, 1 turquoise), and got them in the mail in 7 days. The bracelets fit my adult women's wrist. The colors are just as pictured and they stretch to put on. They look high quality. They come in a little pouch. The card they come with has the turtle tracking code on it. My friends loved them. Thank you and I love what your organization does. I saw the taped off areas on the beach that protected the turtle's eggs when visiting Florida and the volunteers that come every day to track them.

I do not recommend ever buying from this company. I really wanted to support ocean conservation and am very upset.
I ordered way back in November and when I realized it was taking a long time even just to have it shipped out, They were Christmas gifts for my nieces, I reached out to the company and was assured it would be here for Christmas.... fast forward to Christmas and it still didn't arrive. They waited until after Christmas to issue me the refund, and because of COVID and tight circumstances, I couldn't buy my nieces presents that weren't a scam and would come in the mail, until after I received the refund. After Christmas. Making me feel like the worst aunt in the world.
This is not how you create a good customer value.

As most people, we had ordered 5 bracelets and 2 sets of earrings for Christmas gifts on November 24th. Parcel tracking info was a waste of time and then were told they would refund on January 9th, 30 days after they sent. Was completely ignored on this but thankfully finally received our items on January 12th so I've messaged to let them know. 6 days later they thanked me for my patience...not amused. We received through email the turtle tracking info the day after we ordered but obviously we're left with also the printing costs to print them for our daughter and her friends instead of them being sent too. We won't order again but more so due to lack of customer service than anything else.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered 3 bracelets and an anklet in mid November and here we are 2 months later and no sign of them (they were to be Christmas presents). I’ve emailed the company twice with no response. They have no phone number to contact. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. There are plenty of reputable companies with good causes to purchase from. This is NOT one of those

Received the bracelets but no instructions on how to track them. Purchased as gifts. Emailed Co and no response.

Received the bracelets quickly but there is no way to track the turtles---would not recommend this company

We purchased an XL towel. The construction of the product is exactly what I had hoped for. Additionally, I feel good about my purchase knowing that I have contributed to a good cause! #savethefishies!

The bracelets are cute! I was a little annoyed when they emailed me twice and then texted me - all asking for a review - when they hadn't even sent my order yet. But I think if they would calm down with that and not send so many emails trying to sell more stuff (unless you like to be reminded to buy more jewelry every other day), then Ocean & Co. is a good company that sells nice things for a great cause.

I placed an order on Nov 4th 2020. Have not recieved any updates since and the "track my order" thing says "order is ready" on Dec 3rd and then nothing. Two emails and a dm have been completely ignored. And sometime in the last day my antivirus has decided to block the whole website.

Like the previous reviewer I ordered 3 bracelets as Christmas presents on 13th November 2020. Last entry on tracking is 9th December with no update since. I also have requested a refund. UK customers beware.

I have purchased several items from O&C and have never been disappointed. I love the philosophy behind the products, the good that they help to do and the enjoyment of wearing the jewelry. My home is near the ocean and it's so very important to keep it clean of debris and safe for it occupants and those who love it. Thank you O&C for all you do.

Ordered their products Dec 2nd, 2020, and have not received items. Website launched a "track your order" but when I plugged my information, it states my items have not been shipped.

I've reached out twice via email and have not gotten any response, I'll be contacting The Better Business Bureau.

Ocean & Company is great, love the vibes and atmosphere! The accessories are beautiful and good quality but the best part is that every purchase helps our oceans!

Hey the service as far as SENDING me the merchandise is great. However, I dont expect this response to be posted because it's not entirely favorable. Simply put, I don't much appreciate being lied to. The entire website excites the viewer to believe they will be sent a link to be able to track the Turtles. Yet so many here in these responses state this is NOT what they received. Well, neither did I and I've also noticed that Ocean & Company does not seem to reply to anyone who has posted same asking simply, "where is what you said you would send?" So, how bout it, Ocean & Company, where's the way to track the Turtles? We all want this info!! Quit ignoring all these good people who bought from you in good faith! We deserve to get what YOU claimed you would send.

I love the products and what you stand for. But, I have confusion on the tracker bracelets I purchased back in August. I am giving them as Christmas gifts and don’t see any access to track those turtles now. I wish I would have known this when I purchased them. You should have some way to relay this info on your site. Very disappointing.

I purchased 3 bracelets and they were shipped immediately. The bracelets are very well made and my granddaughters will be thrilled with them as they will be able to track the turtles and keep up with where they are. It will help their Geography knowledge. This is such a unique gift.
