Purchased Nike trainers on vinted
Purchased Nike trainers on vinted. Looked nothing like my genuine pair from asos. The seller could not provide sufficient authenticity. Returned the item after waiting a week for a return label, the item is sat waiting at the post office for one of them to pick it up, still no refund returned a week ago. Avoid this company . They have now stated they provided proof of authenticity, they never provided this which is why vinted authorised the refund. This company also messaged me to say now you have your refund can you remove your negative review.

Svar från OCC KICKS LTD
Hello Emma,
Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you felt unhappy with your purchase, but we’d like to clarify that your claims are not accurate. We stand firmly behind the authenticity of everything we sell – we take this extremely seriously and would never risk our reputation by selling counterfeit goods. We did provide evidence of authenticity, but unfortunately you refused to accept it.
It is disheartening to see such a damaging review against a small business like ours, especially when we work hard to ensure customers receive genuine products and good service. Public accusations of selling fakes can be harmful and misleading when they are simply not true.
We remain committed to transparency and customer satisfaction. If you’d like to resolve this matter further, we’d be more than happy to discuss it with you directly.
