Serious Misconduct by Federal Capital Ltd – Calling Others Affected to Come Forward

My name is Rav Dhillon, and I’m sharing my experience with Federal Capital Ltd to warn others and encourage anyone affected by similar conduct to come forward. We are currently exploring the potential for group litigation.

Federal Capital pursued a bankruptcy petition against me The process revealed what I believe to be a serious abuse of insolvency proceedings

This experience has raised deep concerns about:

Absolutely rogue law firm...law firm being used loosely. Very aggressive, Mr Burgoyne who I think is a Director is one horrible piece of work and only interested in filing bankruptcy orders. Had explained to him with evidence that I have lifelong mental health condition and basically called a liar. Sent a family member round as a "process server" who entered into the rear of the house through the garage which was apparently fine. Been reported to the SRA.

That I not in question, but the attitude and manner conducted by your firm certainly is in question. Even down to attempting to block all requested adjournment requests saying "can't believe the NHS takes that long to book an appointment" Despite having full knowledge and evidence of my condition, Occassio Legal ignored it and in fact without Prejudice, used it to their advantage. I asked for copies of original paperwork from their clients and still waiting 18 months later. They even pushed through the Court "copy documents" with me not in attendance despite knowing I was in hospital long term receiving treatment.

The Courts aside, it's disgusting behaviour that was on view throughout.
