The team doing professional quality job. Very impressive!

Occams was very easy and straightforward to deal with. They helped us navigate the employee retention credits available through the covid funding and unlike other companies that were known for pushing the envelope Occam's was very upfront that they would not be doing that and anything they did would be 100% legitimate and safe. Based on our experience I would highly recommend them.

Occams truly made the ERTC process less painful experience than I thought it would be. They are a very professional, pleasant, and efficient group. I highly recommend this group. The cost is truly worth it.

Got the job done but they will contact you multiple times a day via email, phone and text about their portion of payments when I didn’t even receive anything. Extremely annoying. Even after I let them know that I didn’t receive anything payments and that I will pay once I receive.

They walked me through the ERC Credit process. They had the expertise and answered my questions along the way.

They did a great service for our company in making sure we got our refund on time.

OCCAMS has great customer service, they're communicative, flexible and helpful. They are also expensive and not fully forthcoming. The cost was less than some, and more than others, at something like 15% of billed charges. The reality is that with the amount of work I had to do so they could submit brought the value they provided was about half of what we paid. What I mean by "not fully forthcoming" is that they told me that the ERC's we got weren't taxable, which is technically true be effectually not at all true. We discovered after spending the money on critical business operations, that we owed 25%-30% of what we were paid to the IRS and state. If they had been upfront, we still would have done the ERC process with them, and we would put 30% aside for taxes rather than having to use reserve funds

Occams delivered on everything they ever stated or promised to me. This company is top notch and I have referred 2 other friends that are business owners and they received excellent service.

Worth the wait...The process took a long time, but it was well worth it in the end. The staff were all nice, friendly and professional.
