Obsyss has poor customer service
Obsyss has poor customer service. They have ridiculous cancellation policy. They refused to cancel my order before shipping it. They shipped it after 2-days and then charged fees for return and refund. Also you can get same watched from Ali express at 1/10th of price. Dont Buy from OBSYSS!!! Thieves!!
20/11 - Replying to the premium quality part. The watch arrived today and it is a $1 quality. Even the golden and black colour paint finish on links is a Z-grade pathetic quality. The watch is nothing like shown in the picture. Don't fall for these scammers. Now they asked me to pay postage to return and they want to keep 25% of the price paid. Dont buy!!!

Great product
Obsyss has one of the best selections of watches to choose from. Their watches are top quality and stand up to everything that Obsyss says they are. I have many of their watches and have never had an issue with any of them. I believe that their watches are made to the quality and standard that you would want to show off on your wrist.

Obsyss watches inferior quality
Ive bought two Obsyss watches, same model just different colors.
Both stopped working properly (they stopped ) and they replaced because they were within the warranty period...The shortly after receiving the replacements they are not working properly.
I have reported this but they refuse to replace them because they are "beyond the warranty period".
Clearly these watches are DEFECTIVE and a reputable company would stand by their product. I guess that's why they are low cost.
My recommendation is to stay away from Obsyss unless you can use you phone to keep time. Just sayin.

Our policy allows for replacements only while items are still covered under warranty, and we have done our best to assist you within those guidelines.
Obsyss watches are cheaply made
Obsyss watches look really nice, the look, the quality. I bought 9 watches over the past year and half, they worked fine for a year. I took them to replace the batteries,only 3 of them still work. Obviously there is a reason for the cheap price, you are gonna have to replace the watch with another one in a year. Don't waste your money. I contacted them about it and was told they are only covered under a warranty for a year and there was nothing they could do for me.

Not what I ordered
Watch is very different to what I ordered, looks similar but most definitely not the same, watch strap in advertising shown as blue and yellow and watch is identified as radio controlled (don't think so). Other issue is that there are no instruction with the watch to explain what the functions of each of the buttons are, just have to guess and hopefully not mess anything up however button on left side of watch seems to do nothing. Have accepted offer of replacement watch and now waiting on delivery, fantastic customer service so far will upgrade to 4* and hopefully when new watch arrives will completely re-write my review with a glowing endorsement

OK product, but unprofessional company
Delivery was quick and watch is as advertised. Quality as per expected for the price.
Only complaint is the inability to provide a Invoice. It has been almost a month and they respond, but can't provide a invoice. Always coming back with excuses. Find it very strange that a company are unable to provide a simple invoice.
