No watch and no money refunded
I ordered a nautical watch at £59.40 and received a delivery date.Then I received a delivery notification 10 days or so earlier that my item had been delivered and left in a secure location - the doorstep!!!!!!!!!!
I never had no parcel and have been emailing Obsyss since 31st October 24 with proof of these supposed delivery and to date they have not responded or acknowledged any of my emails.
I would definitely not recommend this company as they advertise we are here 7 days a week if you need assistance or query answering then totally ignore you once they have taken your money, but continue sending emails on a daily basis offering discounts if you purchase more items.Absolute joke of a company and steal your money without you receiving your item.
The email address you have asked me to send information to is coincidentally the email address I have been sending messages and screenshots to,every day where you do not reply or acknowledge.Yet you reply to negative feedback and make it sound like you want to help.No chance of that.Very poor service is an understatement!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased 3 watches
I purchased 3 watches. Ordered on the 21st, recieved on the 4th the following month. Right away I saw the light weighted, cheap look I had dreaded. They are exactly that, cheaply made, no weight and you just know that they will stop working quickly. If you are looking for a decent well made watch I suggest Invicta.

Faulty watches
After receiving a pair of watches that were faulty I contactable customer support and spoke to Tiffany who asked me to email a picture and video, Tiffany contacted me within a couple of days to offer advice on using automatic watches, I did take her advice although I do have a collection of automatic watches that I know how to use, I contacted Tiffany to let her know that the watches still didn't work she kindly arranged 2 replacements of which sadly 1 didn't work at all the other stopped after approximately 30 minutes, I contacted Tiffany again, I was the emailed to say I could return the watches at my cost and a refund would be issued minus 25% admi fees, I emailed Tiffany once again to say that I didn't see why I should be responsible for either cost, I was then contacted by Jenny who said that obsyss would wave the 25% fee, I sent a email to Jenny saying that i would get a estimated cost for return post although I wouldn't be happy about paying to return goods that were faulty not just unwanted,
Jenny emailed me back to ask for a picture and video of all 4 watches together which i did, Jenny emailed back in a few days to say that I would receive a full refund with no need to return the watches, excellent customer service and would nt hesitate to purchase from Obsyss in the future.

Always read reviews first. I have seen 5 watches that I like but after reading so many reviews on broken pins, clasps and stopped working after a short time I think I will give this company a miss especially when theyre coming from China. Says it all really.
