Absolutely pathetic service. I bought furniture worth over 1,2 million from this company. I asked and specifically told them, i don't mind paying as long as the product is of qood quality. I bought complete furniture for my apartment from them; everything from beds, sidetables, sofas, sofatable, mirror, computer tables and dining table and chairs. I showed them design of a marble/granite dining table. Moazzam the owner kept saying its not possible in one piece as it was too big. I showed him a sample where it was possible in one piece, but he kept coming with excuses and on his own he made it of two pieces and since then, there has been nothing beside problems. Under one year its frame was broken as they didn't make a stable frame with the correct iron gauge that could hold the granites weight. We contacted him and even that time the man didn't have courtesy enough to replace it and instead he fixed it with glue and a wooden piece under another year passed and it then the frame broke again. I called him and asked him to replace it with two proper seperate because this man/company can't figure out building one large marble/granite table. But he kept coming with excuses. I fixed it one time this and that. Brother if you can't make something, then you tell ur customer; it's not possible. We would go and find someone who can and was capable. So if you want after service and quality, then don't choose obsession outlet as they don't take any responsibility. Better save ur money and go buy ur furniture and renowned places like habitt etc.
UPDATE: I have now had professional people to look at the work obsessionoutlet has done. They have used a 16-18 gauge iron to build a frame that is suppose to hold two marble plates weighing over 100-200kg. Professionals said this is NOT possible and this type Of iron gauge is used for normal frontdesk/writing tables. So no way it could hold the weight of these granite plates. To summarize: obsessionoutlet Will use The cheapest material without considering quality and durability to make most money possible out of you and when u run into problems because Of Their cheap materials, Then they Wont take Any responsibility and instead try to fix it With cheap solutions like glue or playing a wooden piece under. They Will never admit Their fault and they Will never offer Their Customer a satisfying solution. SAVE your hard earned money and dont choose them because they operate after emptying customer pockets one time and don’t believe or strive for returning customers. Expect no service or warranty at all. They will come with glue whatever problem u having and hope it last over 1 year so they can back off from their responsibility.
