We have been in the park home business…

We have been in the park home business for many years and know what goes on behind the scenes before a home is manufactured. The two ladies Helen and Kerry were very welcoming on arrival and the whole process of designing our home was made very easy with their input and ideas. There were lots of options and we came away very happy with what should be a great home. Would recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing a park home.

Build quality is very poor

Build quality is very poor. We have lived in a residential Oakgrove home for some 7 years and over that time we have spent probably £20k on issues that should not have happened or that Oakgrove should have rectified. Water ingress due to poor quality external finish cracking, roof fixings missing, electric box in external wall cut (hacked) in half so as to fit in small wall depth leaking water onto electrics. Mould issues on interior walls. The list could go on! The latest issues mice getting into the home through holes incorrectly made in the floor and not being plugged. The bathroom extractor fan roof cowl was placed directly above a roof rafter. Impossible to connect the hose from the fan, their snagging team supposedly connected this but just tied it to the rafter to make out it was done, consequently condensing steam ruining the bathroom ceiling.
Home is mounted on bricks not proper supports so unable to adjust for level, wheels missing which I believe is illegal.
Please think twice before buying Oakgrove the quality and customer service is very poor, and they refuse any remedial work after two years.

I’m sorry but obviously certain issues were not resolved, cracking appeared within days of remedial work being done. The issue with the vent cowl being directly fitted on top of a rafter is absolutely ridiculous!

Dear Mr Oseland. Thank you for your recent review. After accessing and reading through the job requests from 2016 onwards, we can see from our records and returned checklists that all aftersales reported within our allocated timeframe had been addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Our MD also visited to complete snagging that had been raised. Our homes have to be sited on blocks unlike other manufacturers due to the weight and nature of the build. In accordance with our Aftersales policy all reported issues were dealt with within the allocated timeframe. Anything dealt with after this time would be dealt with by the homeowner. The property is similar in build to a new build property and living within the property will cause cracking and movement

One word Wow...
To be given the chance to design our new home was awesome...
Met Helen and Kelly on site and spent best part of a day choosing everything from scratch and with the choice and quality available the wife was like a kid in a sweet shop...
Everything we wished for we got and the help and expertise from the ladies was simply top notch...
If you are looking into this and not sure believe me when i say you will not regret going for it..
We cannot wait to see the finished home and move in..

What a truly amazing day!

What a truly amazing day! Both Helen and Kelly made the task of designing our new home really memorable.
They were both extremely professional and had great patience with our "chopping and changing". Both ladies were very friendly and completely understood how overwhelming the experience was. We enjoyed every moment and left at the end of the day, completely exhausted but elated. Now we can't wait to see our new home come to fruition.
Thank you Helen and Kelly and hope to meet you again in the future...but not to design another lodge :-)

Oak Grove Park homes

We were made very welcome by Helen and Kerry and they explained everything in detail and with professionalism. The choices were unbelievable and the quality excellent. They took us room by room explaining everything that was available. We came away from the meeting feeling that we had made some really good choices
