I ordered some 20mg pods but got sent 0mg pods my mistake but soon resolved they even sent them out by DHL as Royal Mail we’re on strike to ensure that I received them top company

Poorly payment method
I have tried more than 4times for the payment using AE credit card but it still doesn’t work. I forced to use another card for the payment.

My order took two weeks to arrive
My order took two weeks to arrive. Despite messaging multiple times, there was no response. No reply on their telephone lines either, no matter what time of day I called, and no way of leaving a message. This company needs to be available to communicate to their customers what has gone wrong. They did respond eventually to say they would not deal with me as I wasn't the person who placed the order (although it was for me and to my address), but they never responded to the person (my friend) who placed the order, again, despite three emails - one asking for a refund.

Good with sorting situations
I did have a big problem as my product didn’t arrive until 7 days after purchasing however a lovely women from the company spoke to me and found out where about it is but due to me not having the product she re sent new ones plus refunded my postage. I do appreciate her help and will buy again

I came across nzo I was buying from Sainsbury’s however too expensive, I then bought a vape and used a voopoo vape with Zeus juice black and black ice however still wasn’t 100% with taste , now blackcurrant lemonade and now their blackcurrant ice have always been my favourite , buying direct is so much cheaper and now they’ve got refillable pods , great taste, nice vape berry happy
