For someone with severe anxiety i was…
For someone with severe anxiety i was already super excited about the courses before enroling due to all the work being online. I absoloutly LOVE this form of work. Harriet was amazing at helping me financially work out everything with my mum by my side and explained everything in so much detail that we barely had questions. So far my experience has been great and i love that i can work at my own pace as when i have the really bad days im not obligated to put in work when i am feeling my worst.

Hard to reach
Yes they're friendly and nice but hard to reach. Trying to cancel my 7 day trial before the trial ended was a mission. I was told on the phone it had been cancelled just to receive an email saying the payments were still going ahead. I ended up contacting the finance company myself to cancel the payments before the trial was up

I am super excited to be able to start my lash and brow course and it’s all thanks to the help of Ryan. Beyond grateful for the time he took into helping me get into the courses. Super nice and respectful over the phone and always made sure that I was happy with whatever decisions I would make in terms of my future goal which is to start my own small business when I am certified.
