My second recent purchase, again super fast delivery, item as described and excellent quality, perfect, thank you.

It is first time to be in nylonz.com. It seems easy and simple.

My go to place for fully fashioned stockings. Never had a problem. Excellent quality and super fast delivery.

They were rude from the outset and immature in the end. I am buying from abroad. They got angry when I wanted to change the order. I had objected to being charged more than what was on their website. They replied with "we are talking about £4" and "why didn't you check before paying". A real professional company does NOT say this to a customer. They have no way of knowing if the extra money is over my budget. But it's the principle. Why should I pay more money than what is advertised on the website??

I told them their customer service is poor and I am shocked by it. This upset them and they cancelled my order and 'refunded' me instead of using a different method which would see me not losing on the exchange rate.

When I informed them of this, and that I would need the difference in $ back, they went on a rant. I told them they were unprofessional, then they sent me a crying emoji in order to mock me, as if to say "so what".

This business must be a hobby because it seems they have been behaving like this for at least half a decade. A customer may as well spend the extra money and shop directly with the supplier instead. Maybe one would get treated with more dignity.

If Trustpilot wants to see the exchanges with this seller, they can get in touch, as I cannot post screenshots here, which includes emojis from them mocking my concerns. Their unprofessionalism is well documented. I am far from the only victim. I have nothing to hide.

Excellent stockings all the time

Great quality stockings! I have been buying stockings and nylons since years with them and the quality is amazing, great choice of style, material and sizes! I am daily tall so great. Initially via eBay, I am buying there since almost 15 years.. keep going!

I first found Nylonz (listed as ffnyl) on eBay, as I'm in the US, not the UK. After my first purchase, it was clear that the stockings and other items - garter belts, knickers, etc. - were not only of excellent quality, but genuine retro styling, which gladdens the heart of my fiancé. Happily, Nylonz gently encourages eBay customers to investigate this site, which has better, more complete listings and a better shipping policy. The stockings themselves are beautiful, sheer, and touchable, and come in ever more styles and colors. My only disappointment has been with how quickly things sell out, but that's more an indicator of how many people love the product, and not a reflection on the company. Try them, you'll be happy.
