100% legit company I ordered from the UK model AK1:2 model it's absolutely beautiful
Brianna you are amazing keep up the good work you are a genuine company ignore all these negative reviews there's one problem once you get one you then want more lol because the quality is amazing

The shipment took a while to send and missed the expected shipping window. But it did arrive, and it is a really impressive model.
I've seen a lot of toy guns and this is not it. It's almost a replica, albeit scaled-down and non-functional. It's really impressive.
My son wanted it as a gift. He loves it.
Customer support has been responsive.

I ordered 2 models. A 2:1 P226, and a 3/4 B92F. Order took a few weeks to arrive but they shipped a different item which I have no interest in. Quality wise, they are really quite good however, I didn't get the items I paid for. They have been ignoring my communications thus far with only one email reply to ask for a picture of the item I received. After that, zero, no response. I have now logged a dispute with my card provider. 2 stars because if you get what you ordered, then quality seems to be quite good.

The product is great, I recieved the 1:2 sized deagle and it functions exactly as shown.

If you are in the US be prepared for possible delays due to the current administration and what not as it did frequently get stuck but after a while it made it through the ports.

This company need a lot more good reviews people I ordered a 3/4 size gun and it came in literally 2 weeks I read so many reviews saying that it’s a scam and not to get it but I had to get it so I ordered one on March 4. Today is march 21st and it just came so insanely good on shipping and they reply asap on questions and make good content

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM Do NOT buy from them. I had ordered in OCTOBER OF 2025! I still haven’t gotten my order and support team has been ghosting me for 3 months and their responses are AI generated. They even promised me a replacement order which has been in limbo and wasn’t even sent. It’s been 6 months since the initial purchase. STAY AWAY!!!

**** Your response is a lie! 1) We told you that we would wait for a replacement and you even gave us a TRACKING NUMBER so how did we ask for a refund?? I have the email to prove this! The tracking number unfortunately was bogus as it showed us nothing. 2) There was NEVER a REFUND issued. Show proof that you refunded me?!! I had to do a credit card dispute just now as my son was upset the toy never arrived and this is what prompted me to leave you this REVIEW!! Stop with the lies just own up to it.******

The model was supposed to be here yesterday and I will update on if it comes or not (ordered in Jan and currently march 16)

Really beautiful show piece and makes an amazing addition to the showcase. The details and the smaller parts are very precise and impressive

The company was very responsive in emails as well as really like the product good quality and exactly what was shown on the post

We were VERY impressed with the quality of the model. It was professionally assembled and displayed accurate detail. In addition, it was "substantial", meaning it was not only well made but also heavier than we expected. It felt like a real firearm. The detail was outstanding. Overall, we were very pleased with the model and the exceptional service we received.

It is a total scam. They email you from ****@gmail.com email addresses DISGUISED as ****@NxModels.com and alike. Just hover over the email addresses they use and it will reveal they alias emails not real ones.
They will give you every excuse under the sun why "David on his bike" worded as "our huge customer delivery infrastructure" ... David must be a fit lad then! The other reviews, added to cover any real scam warning ones, are SCAM COVERS!

The quality of these guns are absolutely amazing, they are very beautiful, i looked around as a couple of companies make these model guns but I ended up going with NxModels in the end and i am definitely not disappointed, took a little while to get here but nothing crazy, 16 days i think. The shell ejecting is very smooth and works every single time also, they are just great. Really hope they make some more models of rifles because they also look amazing but i havent got around to buying one yet. Thanks NxModels!

I had a great experience purchasing from this company. I was kept informed of delivery and updated throughout the whole process. No complaints.

I had problems with a model Mauser couldn't get it back together after taking it apart. Contacted Nx models they were quick to help and even provided me with a video to help me get my model back together

Excellent costumers service and really good quality products. It takes a while to get the guns but it totally worth it

i bought one of their smallest models and, i waited 3 whole months, for it to arive. emailed them multiple times. said trump was taxing somethings that go out to other places, no idea if its true. ended up asking for a refund, and luckily they gave me a refund, but then tried to take the money back. COMPLETE SCAM DO NOT BUY.

I placed this order 728665 for the 3/4 size deagle and the slide as you can see from the video there is something wrong, I took apart and put everything back as in your videos and still from opening the box it is not working. I tried contacting via email and sent a video showing the issue and still not heard anything back please HELP!!!!!!

ordered on the 8th of November still not received to this date (8th of December) tried emailing had one reply asking for my order number then haven't had any replies since terrible customer service just all round not a good experience its a shame as the reviews ive seen look very promising.

Order for my son’s birthday. Said shipping would take 6-12 days. It’s now been 50 days and they don’t reply to emails. Most of their reviews are bots. Complete scam.

Update to your reply: The address on the tracking is correct and does not say that it was returned to you all. Please provide a refund for the item that I never received.
