A lovely, happy and polite gentleman called Rich turned up to refit all our windows, he turned up at a reasonable time in the morning and what he thought would be an easy job took him all day, not only did he do a perfect job he was extremely professional and comical, in mine and my husband's opinion Rich went above and beyond, thank you Rich.

I was given an installation date of the 19th, I had to chase the fitters all day because they hadn't arrived, only to be told they wouldn't be arriving, I had to chase the fitters the following morning because they never had the decency to phone me and tell me what was going on, I finally got told they would arrive on the 26th in the morning and I'd be given priority, on the morning of the 26th I was told it would be the afternoon instead, and I'd be phoned in advance, again I had to chase them, when I finally had fitters arrive, the job took just over an hour, they had ample time to do it on the 19th but chose to go home early. Avoid the headache find a company that cares about customers because this one doesn't.

We Had supervisor Matt clough come out to sort our door today, met him couple of times now and he’s very knowledgeable super friendly and keen to go the extra mile to make sure the customers happy with the work and gets what they ask for which is exactly what we got five stars all day long credit to the company

Wednesday 13/05/2026 had two (2) doors front and back fitted and Also (2) two windows by John and Sam . turned up early as requested great communication with what the job intailed and very clean and tidy while working .Highly recommended .

John and Sam fitted my window in Nechells just over a week ago, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.

From the moment they arrived, they immediately put my anxiety at ease. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing from the get-go confident, professional, and completely in control of the job.

What really stood out, beyond the quality of their workmanship, was the respect they showed throughout. They were courteous to me and my family, and treated my home with genuine care.

It’s rare to find tradespeople who balance efficiency with such consideration, but John and Sam managed it effortlessly.

They also left the place spotless, taking the time to clean up thoroughly once the job was done, which I truly appreciated. After waiting timeless years to finally have my windows fitted, it was a relief to have it done so smoothly and to such a high standard.

Now, all that’s left is to see how the windows hold up against the various weather conditions ahead but if the installation is anything to go by, I have every confidence they’ll stand the test of time.
