I have used several of the balms and let me tell u they really work!! My favorite balm is the black and blue balm.
I hit my toe last year and the whole foot was black and blue and swollen and I put it on religiously and the black and clue went away.

Great customer service.
I did not notice a coupon promotion, most likely due to my not paying proper attention, I seldom do online shopping, but the nice person who handled my order noticed my mistake and still included the coupon bonus with a kind note on my invoice.
I'm away from home right now so I haven't a way to reference her name, but I truly appreciated her kindness .

This is the best healing herbal tea I have ever used. Not only did the company fulfill my order quickly, but applied the sale price and saved me money! I used this tea to help my friend visiting from Montana who felt lousy with a cold. Really helped her get well. Buy it and keep it on hand for when you're feeling poorly.
