I tried to contact customer support
I tried to contact customer support before but they never responded. It took more than a week to start shipping. Ordered on the 11th recieved today on the 26th. Now I got my necklace in the mail and there are problems. the casing surrounding the tritium vial, I assume, is cloudy, maybe glue? I will contact support to return this, but I assume nothing will happen, as they seem inactive there :( if smt happens I will update this.
EDIT: Got a replacement! (5th of July)
I emailed them and did not use their site. This was the way to go. They ghosted me again though after a question about import fees, which I was happy to pay for, but just asked. They sadly marked the package as sale and I had to pay import duty again. Which is no issue, as I am happy that they ship to my country. Additionally, they let me keep the defective product, which is a lot less hassle. Happy it is finally resolved and that I got a good item!
