Outstanding customer service
I ordered near Xmas so my parcel didn’t arrive when it should as the post was so busy, so I contacted Nutriwealth and got an immediate reply that they would check the tracking of my order, it was found that it was lost in the post so Nutriwealth sent out a replacement, My replacement order arrived along with the lost one at the same time so I contracted Nutriwealth to arrange a return of one of the orders to be told to keep it and merry Xmas x Stephen at nutriwealth was great, the customer service was outstanding and the product as described.Well done Nutriwealth

Dismayed
I bought these items due to their environmental credentials I.e. plastic free, I was dismayed that they arrived wrapped in large quantities of plastic. I won’t use Nutriwealth again because of this.

I apologise for your negative experience from ordering with us. Unfortunately we have to package the items in this way due to having many complaints previously with items arriving damaged. We are looking at some more eco-friendly alternatives but for now the plastic can be recycled in many local recycling programmes or at collection points in supermarkets. If you need anything further then feel free to contact us.
