Mais à la réception, je n'ai qu'un seul pot de liver cleanse, et en les contactant, on me répond que tout est normal ! C'est donc de la publicité mensongère ! Vous restez avec cette seule réponse, rien pas d'explication par rapport à votre facture qui indique bien 2 pots !!! Lunaire !

Yo he comprado varias veces productos,la tercera vez que compre el servicio de transporte me envio un sms como q mi pedido estaba entregado,yo no habia recibido ningun pedido,ni se lo habian entregado a mis vecinos ni nada.
Me puse en contacto con la empresa de transporte gls 2 veces,me dieron largas,entonces me puse en contacto con nature,s finest mediante su correo electronico de atencion al cliente para exponerles lo q habia sucedido,me hicieron rellenar un formulario para hacer la reclamacion,despues de 2 semanas sin recibir respuesta volvi a escribirles y nada,la segunda vez q les escribi ya un poco mas seriamente me respondieron diciendo q me daban la razon que la empresa de transporte les habia comunicado q el paquete se habia perdido q me enviaban otro y me mandaban el numero de pedido,despues de 1 semana,me meto en el numero de pedido y me pone q el pedido no se ha entregado al transportista q solo esta creada la etiqueta,decido esperar otra semana,me vuelvo a meter y me pone lo mismo,a lo que me dio la impresion q me tomaban por tonta.
Entonces como yo habia pagado con pay pal puse una reclamacion y gracias al seguro de proteccion al cliente me devolvieron el dinero inmediatamente.
A los 2 dias de haber reclamado por paypal nature,s finest me hace el envio de los productos,nada q ver con los q habia pedido.
Yo habia pedido ok water out y ok fat burn y me llego cellulite coffe scrub y otro.
El pedido lo hice el 26 de febrero y estos productos que yo no habia pedido me llegaron el 8 de Abril.
Por todo esto he decido no volver a pedir ningun producto a nature,s finest.

Aggiornamento in risposta a quanto affermato dall'azienda oggi 27/03/2026: state dichiarando una falsità dicendo che non ho inviato il materiale richiesto. Durante una conversazione telefonica lo avete pure ammesso di aver ricevuto le mie mail. Ho inviato ben 5 volte alla mail indicata le foto; che ho anche girato a Paypal per il reclamo e perfino alla quì presente piattaforma. Non ho parole.Spero nel rimborso Paypal.

Ho ordinato i vari prodotti circa 20 gg…

Ho ordinato i vari prodotti circa 20 gg fa ma ad oggi non riesco a farmi effettuare la consegna da GLS.
GLS per due volte afferma che non trova nessuna a casa, affermazione non vera e dopo aver riportato il pacco in sede oggi hanno ritentato per la terza volta la consegna.
Premesso che al mittente avevo comunicato di lasciarlo in uno dei GLS Point per facilitare il lavoro di tutti. Oggi mi scrive GLS che il pacco è stato rifiutato perchè respinto; assolutamente una balla colossale ... i mie familiari sono rimasti a casa tutto il giorno e nessuno a visto il corriere. Il call center non parla bene la nostra lingua ed è difficile farsi intendere dalla sig.ra ( molto gentile devo ammettere ) che segue la pratica.

Dopo aver verificato con attenzione le informazioni a nostra disposizione, risulta che il corriere abbia effettuato più tentativi di consegna senza riuscire a trovare nessuno in casa. Successivamente, ci risulta che lei abbia richiesto di trattenere il pacco presso un deposito GLS, accordandosi direttamente con il servizio di consegna per il punto di ritiro. Tuttavia, secondo i dati ricevuti, il pacco non è stato poi ritirato dal deposito.

Comprendiamo però che quanto riportato non corrisponda alla sua esperienza diretta, e proprio per questo motivo desideriamo approfondire la situazione e aiutarla a risolvere il problema nel modo più rapido e corretto possibile. Il nostro obiettivo è assicurarci che lei riceva il suo ordine oppure, se necessario, trovare una soluzione alternativa come il rimborso.

Siamo consapevoli che la comunicazione con il servizio clienti del corriere possa non essere sempre semplice, soprattutto in presenza di difficoltà linguistiche, e ci dispiace che questo abbia reso la situazione ancora più complicata per lei.
