Impossible to cancel
They make it impossible to cancel. My mum has been told she cannot take these, as it may be dangerous with her other medications. We have tried all avenues to cancel, but there are no links provided, the page on their website says 'we do not recognise this order'. Looking at at all the reviews my mum is now panicking she will keep getting charged for something she cannot take, nor can afford. This is a despicable way to do business, and I will be reporting this company as scammers and will block the payments via the bank.

I purchaded one item from PIX*Func.supplement.co. The one I ordered (£14.95p) and a second item I did not order (£12.55p) on 4th and 5th January 2026. A third sum of £79.90p was taken from my bank account without my permission on 27th January2026. I don't know how to contact the company and would appreciate an address or phone number if anyone has info. Many thanks.
Update: Emailed Nutranewera on 20.2.26 Explained amounts of money taken from my account without permission. NO RESPONSE TO DATE.

I ordered a necklace Sept 11. As of today Nov 15 I have not received it. I have emailed the company and told them of the problem but they did not answer. When I go to the tracking site it says the necklace is in transit and that was Nov 3 it has gone to Dallas and Fort Worth which are my closest cities. Exploitative scam targeting the elderly – avoid at all costs
I discovered that this company had been sending my elderly parents blood pressure tablets that they never needed or ordered. Without proper consent, they somehow obtained bank details and signed them up for a subscription costing $200 per month for medication worth only around $20
When I called to resolve the issue, the representative was rude, dismissive, and insisted my mother had signed up, which is absolutely untrue. They refused to arrange a return or refund for the latest delivery.
This is nothing more than a predatory scam that preys on vulnerable people. We are reporting the matter to the police, Action Fraud and the FTC.
My advice: avoid this company at all costs.

I bought some supplements for my health it was a one off payment but after 4 weeks nearly £86 have been taken out of my account I was told by my credit card company that it's a subscription I never took out a subscription ever.
And today another payment of £86 was been about to be taken out it's an absolute disgrace if I haven't subscribed why is money been taken out of my account without my knowledge and for that matter the payments did not result in any supplements been sent out on a regular basis.
What the hell is going on I ain't rich or a multimillionaire I want a refund no questions asked tired of this drama it's not the first time this has happened

this company took a payment of £13.95 10th of July then on the 23rd £89 unauthorised I will be contacting fraud team on my card tomorrow morning, 13th of August .
i have since had a reply and a offer of a £30 refund from my stolen £89.90 i’ve refused it and my banks fraud team are investigating them. BE WARNED WITH THIS COMPANY
All you need to do is put there name into facebook and click on comments there are hundreds of people who have been scammed money taken out of there account without giving consent . I have tried to copy this to facebook but facebook have threatened me with a ban if i go ahead with it.
