Rubbish customer service “ scam”
The thobe came too small size for me ; hence I submitted return request.
It has been more than 3 days now with no reply or any progress
No contactable phone number and the email is helpless. I will get my refund and never buy anything again through them

Poor return policy and poor customer service
I order two different sizes of thobes for my kids. One is right size and good quality. The other size I ordered 2 of these, however received only 1 in the parcel. And the size was small and hence I requested a return, which has not been processed yet for almost a week. No communication very at all. Very poor customer service.

Faulty product
I bought Quran speaker but the product was faulty and it doesn’t charged so I contact nusuki and they sent me used refund QR codes and I contacted the company but they didn’t response not even picking up calls so my experience was bad as they are not responding after sending used QR codes and faulty product.
