Do not buy from this company! The compression socks barely felt tight. When I tried to contact them for a refund, none of my emails or phone calls were answered. This feels like a scam company.

I ordered for myself (I am in corrections) and I gave a pair to my daughter who is a nurse. We both have wide calves and these fit great. They stay in place and don’t roll down or cut off our circulation. We've been wearing for a few months with no issues. She has ordered more pairs. I only wish they would come in more basic solid colors.

Be warned. The socks run small, I measured before purchasing. They are hard to put on and cut into your legs. Returning is even worse!!! They do not cover the cost. $17 to return. Never again!!!

I had ordered from NurseYard & was satisfied with items I received. However, this last time they took my money & never sent the items. When I reached out to them via email/ phone, I never received ANY response.

I had to open a dispute with my bank in order to get my money back. I used to recommend them all the time; now I cant.

I placed an order the week before thanksgiving for five pairs of socks. I received an order confirmation then nothing for over a week. I messaged them after thanksgiving as the tracking through the shop app still had the status of my order as “ordered”. The follow up email from customer service let me know they were out of stock of everything I ordered and I could choose from a few colors they had left. I would not recommend ordering from this company as they have no trouble charging you before they can confirm they have the merchandise in stock to fulfill the order.

Unreliable Affiliate Program – Unpaid Commissions and No Response

I’m deeply disappointed with Nurse Yard’s affiliate program. Despite generating sales and reaching out multiple times via email and messages to request my affiliate commission, I have received no response from their team.

This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable, especially when affiliates are investing time, effort, and money to promote their products. A professional company should honor agreements with their partners, yet Nurse Yard has failed to provide any updates or payment confirmation.

I strongly advise others to be cautious when working with this company. Until they resolve these issues and start treating affiliates with respect, I cannot recommend joining their affiliate program.

basic tennis compression socks are just socks. NOTHING at all extra or helpful about them and are even poor quality socks at that.

I wanted to try Nurse Yard's socks as their website has better information than most and they are located in the USA. I received my order (in Canada). I was thrilled that one of the two different pairs of socks fit me perfectly and I'll order more of those. There was an issue with the second pair. I contacted the Nurse Yard support team. They responded immediately, communicated clearly and courteously and resolved the issue completely. I can recommend doing business with this company, as they communicate with their customers and offer very good products. Thank you.
