The material is cheap
The material is cheap, the sizes are small and to try and get a return is impossible. It took over 6 weeks to get the smock tops. I compared my tops to what I got, the nurse crush was way smaller. They say made to order but not true. Very flimsy material. This company is a scam.

US based company when its from Asia.The same company that claimed to be Australian based but is also sends from Asia and thats why delivery took forever. Its not made of soft , breathable and high quality material as advertised, instead its cheap and something that will breaks from just a couple of use. More like something to wear in bed than to work .

Wrong size was sent and email is a scam
I ordered the cartoon bunny scrub top for Easter and as I work in a vet clinic I was so happy to find this site with so many animal scrubs. However they sent me an XL instead of the Small that i ordered. And now I have tried replying to the order confirmation email and the one under their contact information, both of which have immediately responded with a copy and paste of what I sent them.
This i believe is a total scam email and I am so disappointed now that I know I will not be trusting them with anymore scrub orders.

Beware of no exchange policy!!
Everything was great until I needed to exchange my items for 1 size larger. I ordered several scrub tops, but I did not know the material lacked stretch, and the L would be too small. My size varies depending on the material, brand. I love the prints but this is very expensive and risky to order from this company if you cannot exchange sizes. It's a shame because I was going to be a regular customer.

The Labrador scrub top is lovely, disappointed in product
The Labrador scrub top is lovely however poor quality, there sizing is off, tried to exchange, I should have read there returns policy, paid in American dollars so rather expensive, quality and sizing equipment to Temu, company did offer 50% off for a replacement. Wouldn’t buy from there again, shame as I am a dog person and like the designs, material quality is poor.

The sizing is off. There are no pockets in the pants or one on the shirt. Not the greatest quality for the amount the garment cost.

You only get one star because I have to give you one.
I purchased three scrub tops and received 3 extra small shirts- in T shirt material. They do not fit despite being the next size up on the size chart. i asked for a full refund and was offered 60% but this was on the proviso I bought more. Then they blocked me. The "person" I had been emailing suddenly wasn't there anymore. Just saying don't waste your money. Cheap T shirt material- not worth $45 USDD a piece. Dodgy company who will not accept returns despite their returns policy.
