I haven't had any issues with this business. I have found them excellent with the ordering process. I get the 'buy 2 get one free' blueberry gummies option - excellent value; genuine offer. Tte gummies are my 'go to' shilajit product. Lovely flavour - first thing in the morning I have two of them with my cup of tea. My 87 year old Mum has them too. We've been taking them for a few months now, and have noticed a marked difference in Mum's energy levels and cognitive function since including the gummies in her morning breakfast routine. My energy levels and mental clarity are much more
sustained throughout the day - a must as a teacher, and I'm more 'sharp' during the drive home from work. An authentic product from our experience! Very happy!

Unbelievable how badly managed it is.

Never received my product, with spending extra on expedited processing and insured shipping. Spent an obscene amount of money to simply get spammed by emails, then once called out, completely ignored by them. Do not order from this company, if you would like to avoid a headache. There are much better, much similar companies.

I have emailed them about taking legal action if they never provide me with my product or a full refund. Do better. Unacceptable.

I loved the product and tried to reorder but it hasn’t even shipped yet. If tried notifying them through email and no response for 2 days. The customer service is horrible. They claim to have 24/7 phone customer service but no number to call. It takes 12-24 hours to respond to your email if they even respond and the response you get will be a computer generated response. Not an actual person. .
Update 11/22- still haven’t talked to anyone just keep getting automated messages. Luckily my credit card was able to give me a credit back.

The time of delivery was much better than usual and the quality is very good

The product is great and doesn't taste as bad as some of the others on the market. You receive the product in a timely manner. I recommend this product to all my patients and I take it daily.

Nurojit have been a reliable company and do regular testing on there shilajit to ensure its top quality. I am very happy with the product and recomend it to my friends and have got my brother using it aswell.

Overall good experience. I got a buy 3 get 2 free and only 1 came in the mail but when I emailed Nurojit about this they sent the other 4 which came about 2 weeks later. The product itself from what I can tell works and you can feel the difference.

So I had tried another brand before I found Nurojit and I wasn't feeling any different in the gym. Since I have been using Nurojit I certainly feel that I am stronger in the gym and get a few more reps out of each set.
My gym sessions have been extended ,reps and time wise. Just ordered my second batch. Bought 3 and got two free.

I received my 3 jars of Nurojit, but there were no spoons. I emailed Nurojit to express my disappointment, and they replied promptly and sent me a replacement order which I did not expect! Thank you!

To keep my body and mind working it great condition I take Nurojit shilajit twice a day, as part of my supplement program. I have added shilajit to my regime a month ago and I see and feel the results. I am more sharp, productive, have more energy and feel better than ever. The shipping is fast too and communication with the supplier is great

My product never arrived. And when I tried to let Nurojit know, all I ever got was an automated response that solved exactly nothing. Their website claims to have 24/7 customer support, yet there is no number to call nor are you actually getting through to an actual person when you email them. No product, no refund. Absolutely terrible.

I’m happy with the 6 in 1 tablet product but I feel it needs more like (sea moss) added to the mix

I am a chef, I more often than not work from 6am to 9pm daily, since taking Nurojit Shilajit I am able to work longer with a much more clearer mind and less fatigue throughout my day, I have tried other brands and they were rubbish didn't work for me, after 3 weeks of taking Nurojit I rapidly noticed the increase of my over all mental and physical health. Great product, I highly recommend it

I have been using Nurojit for about 6 months now. I can tell I have more energy, more clarity, and more focus. I dissolve a pea size spoonful in my morning coffee and I'm good for the day. Love this stuff.

Best shilajit out of the 5 brands I have tried

Have not received my order refund STILL and it’s been almost 2 months after spending over 200 dollars with this company, sending the product back, paying twice for shipping because of wrong address, guys don’t go with this company because they are all about you when your asking them questions about products but as soon as the product needs to come back to them they are quick to ignore you if you don’t believe me test it out for yourself. Now I’m stuck paying over 200 dollars for a product I sent back months ago!!! Nurojit this is bad for business !! Just do the right thing and send me my money back!!!

Great product, easy to use site and very fast delivery

This shilajit do nothing, it really doesnt have any detectable benefits, maybe if you are 50yo+, im using it for month and dont see any results, but its late to send it back.. im so sad about this.. TOTAL WASTED MONEY
