Did not see any signs of improvement or positive results.

I did feel my energy levels and stutained for whole day from the get go.i do fairly physical work in the heat of the hot summer Pilbara (North Western Australia)sun.
I experienced a gradual and sustained increase in energy and overall well-being, which was unexpectedly noticed and positively commented upon by several colleagues. They even used playful descriptors such as "energizer bunny" and "like a piece of spring steel," which I certainly did not anticipate hearing at my age.

I fully intend to repurchase this product in the future and highly recommend it. The website offers a user-friendly navigation experience and a transparent checkout process. Delivery was reasonably prompt, and tracking information was provided via email. While the post-purchase follow-up emails were somewhat frequent, they did not quite reach the level of spam, though I did consider unsubscribing on occasion.

Nurojit is the real shilajit! Amazing quality products that guarantee results. My shipment was lost & delayed but Nurojit made sure I got my orders. Thanks for making sure Nurojit & thank you for improving my quality of life 🙏🏼

Amazing product dont get me wrong, one of the best shilajit brands ive used. ONLY critisism i have is that they do take AGES to deliver, i always have to wait over 2-3 weeks for it to arrive which is not ideal thats why it isnt 5 stars

I ordered 150euros worth of products.
After 7 days they told me my products are being taken care of, another 8 days later still no news so I send them a mail with my complaint and requesting compensation.
Then I received a tracking order where they reframed my complaint as 'We understand anticipating your product is exciting.'

To now find near Christmas that my order is at customs since 10th of December.
If i had not checked I would not have known.
I'd appreciate more care and initiative from Nurojit to get my products to me or to inform me what is up when there is delay.

Some of these shilajit jars I wanted to gift to a friend for his birthday and share with people during the holidays but that's not happening...

I'm coming back here to edit this review when I feel they've handled their service to me appropriately.

Now a days, with so many scams,
a company with integrity is worth everything.

I had a problem with my delivery and they took care of me like if I was family. They cared for excellence and it showed. I knew the product would reflect the same excellence.

If you hesitate, give it a shot, this stuff is very concentrated, the way you want it!

I’ve been taking shilajit for over a year now. Biggest change is a more steady energy level. Not a high, but I don’t crash in the afternoons. It’s given me the energy to start working out again and I feel good. Other things I’ve noticed in the year are my menopause symptoms are down and my hair is not thinning like it was. I’m thinking shilajit is helping those areas too. Overall, I’m very please with the results and don’t plan to ever stop taking it.

My experience with NuroJit Shilajit has been nothing short of infuriating. I placed an order on Black Friday, and unbelievably, I finally received it on December 20. A package from Chicago to Toronto should never take this long, yet it did, even after a few attempts to deliver it with different couriers.
The first time they shipped it, it was taken back to the sender after a few days. No idea why, even Nurojit doesn't know.
The second time they shipped it, I was asked to pay import fees that are almost the same price I paid for the order.
The third time they shipped it, I got an email with a so-called “tracking number” that was practically useless. It’s vague, inconsistent, and tells me absolutely nothing. Until it finally started to show movement after a few weeks.

The worst part was the complete lack of proper communication and unhelpful responses. For a company charging premium prices, the customer service has been shockingly poor. I’ve had to chase for answers, and all I get is "We are really sorry for the inconvenience" and "Your satisfaction is our top priority." That doesn't tell me much, does it?

This entire experience has been very frustrating, and it is not the first time I have experienced issues with their shipment. I highly recommend that their support team step it up and ensure they get it right from the first time they deliver an order.

No one needs to go through this much back-and-forth and ambiguity while waiting to receive their orders.
I really worry about whether I should order from Nurojit again, given my experience, or should I find a new supplier for Sheljit...

I’ve been really impressed with NuroJit’s customer service. Their team is responsive, helpful, and genuinely cares about their customers’ satisfaction. While I’ve only just started trying their products, the support and attention I’ve received have been outstanding. I've been taking it for 1 year now tried different brands but I love nurojit the most its always great and I can feel difference if I don't take it. I just ordered more during there black friday sale. Thanks

Scam alert! Never got my product, never doing it again.

Customer Service closed my complaint without any real answer or investigation.

Do not buy there products, you'll just end up losing your money

I've been experimenting with supplements and super foods for the past 15 years. I've also tried shilajit that a friend got when he was in Nepal and it was good but not as potent as Nurojit's. I can honestly say Nurojit's Shilajit resin is really good. Might be the best supplement I've tried so far.
I use it everyday and it charges me with energy. I'm more vital and healthy. My sexual energy is higher. My muscles react and develop quicker as soon as I start working out.

Just started talking Nurojit shilajit a few days ago and the product seems to be good quality to early to say about the effects. As for the customer service its top notch, fast replies and consistent updates. Postage is fast. There are alot of fake products out there and I have come across a few now but Nurojit seems to be legitimate. Ill update about the effects in a few weeks.

I wish the product had been sent via courier, as apposed to Canada Post, which was on strike at the time. It just took a lot longer to arrive than expected.

I have been taking this product for a little over a week, haven't really noticed much difference yet, but I'll keep with it, too many positive reviews.

On a separate note, Nurojit asked me to take down my review, because they felt it negative, I declined because it is honest, if you don't want my opinion, don't ask.

I wish they made it taste better

I knew it was supposed to taste bad but My God! It’s literally the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted. After a month with zero results I couldn’t take it anymore and stopped using it. Awful taste and no results? No thanks.
